At first look it doesnt look like much but if you want to spend time on the beach and just want a clean room with nice bathroom and good hot water (which is hard to find in pr) this is the place its small not fancy but meets the needs ac worked beefs were clean and comfortable they have beach towels in room for your use at less then half the price for other hotels i would stay here again. Beach is a 5 min walk right beside the hotel parking was free over all i give them a 9 or of 10

The staff was lovely and the neighborhood was fantastic. The hotel itself? Run down and not terribly clean. I got in after 2am (my flight was delayed) or I would have found someplace else to stay.

Very small hotel, one floor. Refrigerator and coffee maker in common kitchen. Voices echoes on corridors. Hard to sleep, very loud street and airport nearby. Ear plugs provided. Had to ask for a hairdryer. Very sweet and friendly ladies at the front desk. Despite of old age, the hotel is kept very clean. Needs electrical outlets near beds. Location close to beach and in walking distance of multiple places to eat.

The property was aware I was going to be checking in after 2 AM and unfortunately we had experienced a delay and we could not contact the hotel and they ended up giving our room away. They only had a dirty room to offer us at 5:00am, which I took and cleaned myself. Very disappointed in this experience.

Discovered this place a couple years back and it is my go to every time I am in the San Juan area. The staff is extremely helpful. It has everything that you would need,hot running water in very cold AC. Free parking and walking access to the beach. There is a common kitchen which is extremely convenient to keep beverages and leftovers. It will continue to be my go to when I am in the San Juan area. By no means is it a 5 star hotel.But the amenities that it does provide more than makes up for it. When I go to visit the area, all I need is a place to sleep with cold AC. And that is provided.Rooms have always been spotless. Earplugs are provided but the noise does not bother me. After all, you are in the midst of everything,walking distance to multiple eateries pharmacies etc.
