it was okay. The room was clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful. However, it’s not very well maintained, and for the bathroom to be shared it needs to be cleaned more often.

Location was great, place was clean, and everything was as described. Had great windows but it does get hot even with the small fan provided. Only thing was that there was a water outage and the hotel did not notify us of it at all which was really frustrating for us.

The room was clean, the staff very helpful, kind, approachable and friendly. The Hotel is a low budget hotel and worth every penny. There are lots of different shops near by and a pub at the end of the street. Very close to Victoria tube station so easy access for other tube lines. Location of hotel allows nice stroll to Buckingham palace and st James park, even down to the river Thames. The hotel is close to a good few main attractions.

Clean room with everything you need. The fan was already on which was appreciated in the heatwave. Not a huge room but I knew it wasn’t going to be and it was just for 1 night. Close to the theatre we was visiting and the underground and plenty of places to eat nearby.
