Great, stylish hotel. I’ll definitely go back!

This is a small-ish, rather tone-y hotel in the heart of the Zona Rosa in Col. Cuauhtémoc. Stylish, hip, clean, modern. The rooms are a decent size, for the center of a busy city. There is a decent little gym and sauna. The location is a safe, 5-minute walk from Insurgentes metro station; there is a convenient Oxxo (sort of like a 7-11 or Lawson all-night type store) right next door. The staff is very friendly and helpful; their English is passable. The bar-restaurant attached to the hotel is pleasant; they serve a tasty efficient breakfast.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, solo que el estacionamiento tiene muchas limitantes, llegamos y nos dijeron que estaba lleno, luego que era muy bajo y la camioneta que llevábamos no cabía… sería bueno que especificaran que ese servicio es sujeto a disponibilidad y mencionar que no tiene altura adecuada

Buen hotel, mal desayuno

El hotel es espectacular, el desayuno es malísimo, te ofrecen un menú fijo con pocas opciones muy escaso, y no saben ni preparar un café. Es más, las camareras tienen que preguntar cada movimiento a la persona que está a cargo, que como toda persona incompetente tiene que supervisar todo y no sabe delegar.. Es una pena porque el hotel es excelente, la habitación es preciosa.

The hotel is nice and remodeled. But unfortunately the beds were hard as a rock. And the breakfast selection is extremely limited and the same. It never changes. Also, I wanted to extend my stay for 5 extra nights and give them more business and see if they would switch me to a difference room because the room I had was very dark and the main manager who I spoke with was not very friendly or accommodating so I moved to a different hotel after my reservation was complete

Book Them!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the hotel for our 5 night stay. The staff was super attentive, greeting you kindly, quick to fix issues and willing to make suggestions. We had no noise issues being in a lovely area. We felt safe the entire time. It was really nice having a sink, fridge, microwave and sofa. Plenty of closet space as well. I do wish we had a better variety for the included breakfast options. Would certainly return.

Tolle Lage aber teilweise defekte Klimaanlage

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Zona Rosa, perfekt gelegen um mitten im Trubel des Geschehens zu sein. Das Frühstücksangebot war begrenzt aber sehr gut, ein Teller mit Frucht und dann noch ein Gericht nach Wahl eines mexikanischen Frühstücks. Ich musste bei Komfort Sterne reduzieren weil 2 Tage der 3 die Klimaanlage unseres Zimmers kaputt war. Sie waren bemüht sie zu reparieren aber nach spätestens war sie immer wieder kaputt. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen bringt Lärm und Mosquitos (die Bars in der Umgebung sind bis spät in die Nacht laut)
