Clean, comfortable and convenient!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located just a few steps away from public transportation which means I was able to go everywhere in about 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place and will stay there again if I ever go back to Madrid.

A visit to a Conference in Madrid

The hotel was suggested by the conference organisers. There was little information about the hotel available from my contacts. However, it was comfortable and clean and tidy. They had a breakfast service, sadly no lunch or dinner service was offered. However, they are located near quite a few reasonable eateries that are value for money. They had a coffee making machine in the room, sadly you have to buy each pod at 1€ each, I did not find this out until the day before I was due to leave. I bought 6, but none of them worked - so I was refunded the money.

Buscaba un hotel cerca del campus y que tuviera buena insonorización en las habitaciones, ya que valoro el descanso. Cumple con lo prometido. Las camas super son cómodas. La habitación muy amplia, me tocó con un pequeño balcón interior. Disponen de una cafetera con cápsulas y minibar con dos botellas de agua y dos Cocacolas de obsequio. También hay diversos amenities en el baño. Lo único negativo a destacar es que la mampara de la ducha es media y se acaba saliendo el agua.

A very nice hotel that is really close to the metro. There’s also a supermarket close by and some fast food options. It was really easy to get into the heart of Madrid and to get to the Bernabéu for the footy. Would stay here again, and definitely worth considering!
