Reception personal inget leende korta svar. Inget frukost på hotellet trötta att står på hotell. Com att serveras varje dag. Fanns ingen resturang. Nån sa att man få en kupong från reception och få frukost på café o sidan om. Lägger och parking va jätte bra. Stora rum och bra säng.

Excellent hotel. It's tough to find hotels that accommodate parking- especially Venice. This hotel has parking on site. Walk across the street to the first bridge into Venice. The rooms are spacious, clean and they were the first hotel of our trip to offer coffee in the room. Highly recommend this hotel

My family and I were here for 1 night on 16th of February. Upon check in we were kindly greeted. Check in was smooth and efficient. We were able to check in early and that was perfect after our 4 hour train ride from Rome. Be aware that there is no lift/elevator. We made sure to walk around with our socks on as the carpet looked gross with the stains. We had an early morning flight, so we chose this place as it's conveniently located across the street from the bus station. The 2 restaurants across the street are pretty good. We slept comfortably and glad the amenities worked as they should.

unwelcome receptionist! We didn't feel welcome as tourists/guests. No hot water for the next person after first person showered. Water shower faucet will be cold if another person is using a bathroom sink faucet. We could hear clearly footsteps and activities from the above room. Something wrong with a heater. A room is still cold after we've turned up a heater.

Pros and cons

Located close to the bus stop. Hotel was generally old, but functional. Room was large and clean, but took two showers and very little hot water. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell and was infested with mosquitoes. Basic amenities were lacking: there was no telephone, the television didn’t work, the room couldn’t be properly heated, and the walls and ceiling were so thin that I could hear every footstep and conversation from the room above. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep under these conditions. When I approached the staff about the malfunctioning TV, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told it wasn’t their problem and that I could “find another hotel”—this, after the room was already paid for. To make matters worse, I was told to be “grateful” for having a bed, which was both dismissive and insulting. A simple apology or an effort to find a solution would have gone a long way, but instead, I was met with indifference and arrogance. I fully expect the management to respond to this review with a professional tone, offering excuses like it being a Saturday night and claiming they couldn’t fix the TV. However, don’t be fooled by the reply. The underlying issues at this hotel go beyond a broken television; they stem from a complete lack of hospitality and respect for their guests. While the staff offered us two bottles of water for free upon checkout, this small gesture did little to compensate for a sleepless night and a tho

It was the biggest room we had on our trip lol the bathroom was much larger as well! It is so conveniently placed we were about 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. We were near the ferries, the train, the bus. It is incredibly convenient.
