Zimmer von einem Innenhof mit vielen Pflanzen zu erreichen. Groß und geräumig, Badezimmer eher klein. Einziger Nachteil: hellhörig. Geräusche/Radio/TV des Nebenzimmers waren über den Licht-/Luftkubus im Bad kontinuierlich zu hören.

Complicado ubicar el inmmueble, no tiene letrero. Tuve que marcar por whatsapp al dueño y me ayudó, muy amable. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que tenían espacio para meter mi auto pero no me lo permitieron, según porque ya estaba ocupado pero vi que había perfectamente un espacio donde entraba mi auto. También aclaro que la habitación está muy bonita, el precio es razonable y al final les dejé las llaves en un lugar equivocado pero ellos las encontraron y no hubo mayor problema. En general muy bien.

No permiten ocupar el estacionamiento a pesar de que en ese momento se encontraba desocupado físicamente, en la pagina aparece como estacionamiento disponible, muy complicado a la hora de ingresar porque es con contraseña para obtener las llaves

Is within walking distance to Mercados, restaurants, and attractions. Place was very clean. The things I wished it had was a microwave and blender as I planned to make food at the place which why I reserved a place with a kitchen. The only thing not working properly was the shower head, it was leaking but it was not that bad. Also it rained some days and water seeped into living space through the front door each time. This was late June. Besides that kitchen had other amenities such as fridge with ice, stove, toaster, cook wear, dishes, cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper. They provided filtered water. The bathroom had soap bars and shampoo. Towels seemed clean. Bedrooms had closets and clean sheets. You can hear the neighbors next door. Thankfully we didn’t have anyone staying up too late disturbing the peace. Instructions on how to get your key was a little confusing to me. I arrived late at night and so I had to call the property owner/manager and he answered right away and was helpful with instructions. I didn’t need him after that. Cleaning lady was very nice and helpful in giving tips on where to eat and what to see. I traveled with my older parents. Adults only. I would stay here again. But not with my small children because there is no pool.

La propiedad esta muy bien ubicada y el acceso se siente seguro. En general esta muy bien equipada, solamente recomendaría colocar mas ventiladores (de perdido 1 por cada habitación) porque únicamente había un solo ventilador.

La ubicación estuvo muy bien, podíamos llegar rápido a todos lados, el lugar muy bonito y el servicio también. El colchón súper ajusto, agua caliente y el baño súper grande. También te dejan agua. Todo nos encantó!

Excelente lugar para visitar el centro de Oaxaca se encuentra a 5 cuadras del mercado y la plaza principal, el lugar es sencillo pero con lo necesario para descansar, su baño es muy amplio y con una excelente decoración, la cama es muy cómoda, cuenta con un pequeño frigobar, TV, lo recomiendo al 100% se descansa muy bien se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila.
