Great location close to GEM, great value
Very happy with this stay. The location is excellent for the GEM (I walked) and an easy place to catch an Uber (easier than local taxis for tourists) to get to the pyramid complex. My room had a view of the pyramids across the roof of the GEM (which is a good view, because the GEM is an impressive building). The price/quality ratio for this place is excellent if you plan to spend your time visiting sites and only need a comfortable, well-located, and clean room near GEM and the Giza complex. Great breakfast, very generous. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The airport pick-up driver was a nice (English-speaking) guy too (and patient, because my flight arrived late!).

This hotel was amazing. The staff, the area, and the comfort were all amazing.The jacuzzi suite with balcony overlooking the pyramids and the grand museum was amazing ,I would highly recommend. I will absolutely come and stay again.

2泊利用しました。 空港からホテルへの送迎サービスを利用するため事前にメッセージのやりとりしていましたが、到着前からとても丁寧で早いお返事に安心することができました。 当日は予定していたフライトで到着することができず遅れての到着となりましたが、変更を快く応じてくださり助かりました。 ・ロケーション 建物の入り口は狭い路地にありますが、新しい博物館は目の前で徒歩圏内です。ギザのピラミッドへは車で10分程度、UberでEGP50くらいでした。 ・お部屋 スイートを利用しましたが、リビング部分がとても広くて快適に過ごすことができました！ 水圧強めで熱いお湯のシャワーも最高でした！ ・朝食 食べきれないほどのおいしいご飯が用意されます。(緑色の揚げ物が特においしかった！) ピラミッドと博物館の素晴らしい景色を見ながらの朝食はエジプト旅行のハイライトになりました。 ・サービス すべてのスタッフ(フロント、食事)がとにかくフレンドリーでいつも気遣ってくださいます。 滞在中に足りないものや問題は伝えればすぐに対応してくれます。 旅行についての必要な情報も丁寧に教えてくださいます。(ツアーの手配も！) エジプト滞在中は、何かと発生する交渉と砂埃と荒い運転で疲れてしまうこともありますが、この場所に帰ると、優しくフレンドリーなスタッフに癒され、お家に帰ったように安心することができました。 ここに滞在することができて、エジプトが大好きになりました！ 次回の訪問時にも必ずここに帰りたいと思います！ ☆スタッフや他の滞在客との会話を楽しみたい人におすすめです。 この滞在で1つだけ残念なことは、朝ごはんがおいしすぎて毎朝食べ過ぎてしまい、観光地での食事がお腹いっぱいで楽しめなかったことです… Dear lovely staffs of New museum guest house, My friend and I enjoyed the stay so much and we can’t thank you enough for your hospitality! This property has amazing views and kind friendly staff. The location is not on a Main Street, therefore arranged transportation is required daily. The food is also great here. The tour options should be explained a bit better, but overall it’s worth every dollar spent here.

Amazing, everything was perfect
Everything is new, clean. The whole staff is friendly, smiling, available, flexible. The area is very quiet but also 10mns drive from the Pyramide. The breakfast is amazing. The terrasse/rooftop is also very nice. The room are comfortable. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel. That’s probably one of the best hotels in the Giza area.

Some of the warmest service I’ve had throughout the world. I especially enjoyed my suite. The property’s offer to pick me up from the airport was much appreciated. All of the staff were very kind and helpful from check in to breakfast and departure. The property is let down by the area it is in. This is not within the hotel’s direct control, however the owners could perhaps get together with the owners of other buildings and fix this. The street it is on looks like a bomb has hit it. The proximity of the hotel to this street is worth mentioning as much as its proximity to the museum and it will be important to travellers. Ultimately, while I felt unsafe accessing the immediate area around the hotel, the hotel itself and particularly the suite room provided a sanctuary from all of that. I’m an experienced solo traveller so I was able to deal with it, however the area would need to look a lot cleaner in order for me to return. In addition, the hotels own escalator requires refurbishment. The room itself was kept very clean. The pyramids could indeed be seen from the rooftop view and from the room and it made a great base to get an Uber to see these sites directly. I wouldn’t say the pyramid complex is walkable (it’s just very big so you can see it from where you are) but the museum provided a nice 20 minute walk.

All the staff were incredibly kind, making it a comfortable and worry-free stay even with children. The hot water pressure in the shower was excellent. The highlight of our stay was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop while gazing at the pyramids—it was absolutely fantastic. They also arranged transportation for us to travel from Giza to Alexandria, and their after-service support was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were treated like family during our stay. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we reserved a quadruple room. Room was very spacious with nice views of pyramids and new museum. Breakfast was excellent and every staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place 5 stars all around.

The best thing about this property is the level of service. Staff is extremely helpful and available 24/7. The rooms are spacious and clean / tidy. Beds are comfortable. The roof top dinning with great views of Pyramids is amazing. Also it has a view of New Pyramid Museum. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

The overall review for us a family of four that includes two children age 7 and 8 was great. We was met by amazing staff name Ahmad after he gave me a guide on how to get there . The area surrounding the place was in a lot of development and the road conditions is a was bit challenging Besides that the room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. It has a jacuzzi and great view of the New Egyptian Museum and the pyramids at a distance. We were served a generous breakfast while attended by an absolutely amazing staff/reception name Alaa ( hope I spell the name right ) for all the days we were there. She was very friendly and attentive and gave us so much information and helps on how to get around. God bless her and them all. Overall we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend the place to travellers who seek a very comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Although I was initially concerned about the road conditions to get there and the surrounding areas but the amazing stay and the absolutely amazing staff offsets it all.

The most amazing views and hospitality
I can't speak highly enough of new museum guest house. I would give it 10 stars if i could. Great service, amazing hospitality, amazing view of pyramids from balcony, great location, great breakfast. Outside the hotel is a lil rough but inside was immaculate. Their office is on 3rd floor not the one they're remodeling on ground floor. Booked pyramid tour, museum tour and nile river boat show/dinner with them. I will absolutely be staying here again
