2泊利用しました。 空港からホテルへの送迎サービスを利用するため事前にメッセージのやりとりしていましたが、到着前からとても丁寧で早いお返事に安心することができました。 当日は予定していたフライトで到着することができず遅れての到着となりましたが、変更を快く応じてくださり助かりました。 ・ロケーション 建物の入り口は狭い路地にありますが、新しい博物館は目の前で徒歩圏内です。ギザのピラミッドへは車で10分程度、UberでEGP50くらいでした。 ・お部屋 スイートを利用しましたが、リビング部分がとても広くて快適に過ごすことができました！ 水圧強めで熱いお湯のシャワーも最高でした！ ・朝食 食べきれないほどのおいしいご飯が用意されます。(緑色の揚げ物が特においしかった！) ピラミッドと博物館の素晴らしい景色を見ながらの朝食はエジプト旅行のハイライトになりました。 ・サービス すべてのスタッフ(フロント、食事)がとにかくフレンドリーでいつも気遣ってくださいます。 滞在中に足りないものや問題は伝えればすぐに対応してくれます。 旅行についての必要な情報も丁寧に教えてくださいます。(ツアーの手配も！) エジプト滞在中は、何かと発生する交渉と砂埃と荒い運転で疲れてしまうこともありますが、この場所に帰ると、優しくフレンドリーなスタッフに癒され、お家に帰ったように安心することができました。 ここに滞在することができて、エジプトが大好きになりました！ 次回の訪問時にも必ずここに帰りたいと思います！ ☆スタッフや他の滞在客との会話を楽しみたい人におすすめです。 この滞在で1つだけ残念なことは、朝ごはんがおいしすぎて毎朝食べ過ぎてしまい、観光地での食事がお腹いっぱいで楽しめなかったことです… Dear lovely staffs of New museum guest house, My friend and I enjoyed the stay so much and we can’t thank you enough for your hospitality! Amazing, everything was perfect
Everything is new, clean. The whole staff is friendly, smiling, available, flexible. The area is very quiet but also 10mns drive from the Pyramide. The breakfast is amazing. The terrasse/rooftop is also very nice. The room are comfortable. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel. That’s probably one of the best hotels in the Giza area.

All the staff were incredibly kind, making it a comfortable and worry-free stay even with children. The hot water pressure in the shower was excellent. The highlight of our stay was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop while gazing at the pyramids—it was absolutely fantastic. They also arranged transportation for us to travel from Giza to Alexandria, and their after-service support was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The most amazing views and hospitality
I can't speak highly enough of new museum guest house. I would give it 10 stars if i could. Great service, amazing hospitality, amazing view of pyramids from balcony, great location, great breakfast. Outside the hotel is a lil rough but inside was immaculate. Their office is on 3rd floor not the one they're remodeling on ground floor. Booked pyramid tour, museum tour and nile river boat show/dinner with them. I will absolutely be staying here again

Booked this for proximity to the Grand Egyptian museum and the pyramids. Room was upgraded which was lovely, but the thing that’s got the 5 stars is how amazing all the staff were, especially Alec. Also breakfast was unbelievable, way too much for me to eat, but I took the falafels and fruit with me both days for lunch. We will be back when the GEM opened the rest of the galleries, and I would book again. The roof terrace is fab.

The property is located down a back alleyway that at first glance was concerning. Also, the hotel is located on the third floor of a building that occupies other hotels and apartments. It is not walkable to anything. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with views of the pyramids and the new museum. However, the staff was incredible. Alaa was basically our personal concierge. She welcomed us and literally arranged transportation, tickets to museums, pyramids, lunch. She was available for any questions or concerns. We are extremely grateful for all of her help. And Mu, the nighttime staff, was also very friendly and helpful.

The staff at New Museum Guest House Pyramid View were so accommodating during our trip to Giza and made us feel very safe! Perfect location for seeing the pyramids and the breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful. The hotel staff were helpful in arranging transportation anywhere we needed, including free pickup from the airport upon arrival. Will definitely stay again on my return trips to Cairo!!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel has a rooftop with a good view of the pyramids and the grand museum. The breakfast is good and varied. The room was large with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning.

We cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. The area around the hotel was under construction so that added some noise and mess to the area, but it felt very safe and I would absolutely stay there again

The staff were brilliant. Always made time to talk to us,very attentive,always happy,always happy to help. Kahram,mohad,musafa,and dalia always there to help with anything that was needed ..from ordering food and drinks to cleaning and advising on day tours. Very knowledgeable on surroundings areas and things to see and do. The only negative things was the guest house needs completing(but this is being done)...but doesn't interfere with your stay at this place. Our guide amina was excellent and also very knowledgable taxis were always on time and no rushing to get to anywhere also very cheap.we will definitely return to stay there in the future. Miss them all already.

We were extremely impressed and grateful for all of the assistance and attention provided by the staff. Wael, Karam and Dahlia were exceptional with their help. Ashraf was an amazing driver and highly recommended if there is a need to travel around the city. Alladin was a great guide of the Pyramids as well. Book your excursions through the hotel and you will not go wrong. You will need transportation though as not much public transportation is around. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a visit to the Pyramids and a Nile River cruise.

Je ne suis pas resté dans cet établissement qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Les autorités ont exigé des travaux de mise en conformité et rénovation à tous les établissements ayant pignon sur le nouveau Grand musée Égyptien. Toute cette zone est donc en travaux d envergure! Je reconnais que le staff a été aidant, très aimable et sympathique. Le manager a accepté de me rembourser 2 nuits sur 3 via les services d Expedia. Je vous prie donc d honorer cet engagement et me rembourser au plus vite. Bien Cordialement
