From the minute I walked in to when I checked out, I was totally impressed with this Hotel. The front desk employee was so pleasant at check-in as well as the employee the next morning. The room was incredibly clean. From the TV to breakfast the next morning, I was so impressed. I will be staying at this Hotel again!!

Lobby is nicely set up for eating and snacking, visiting, board games, air hockey table. Generally, the rooms are quiet and clean. My only complaint was they service the rooms every other day -- refill soaps, replace towels, empty garbage and make the bed. Our bed was not made and the cleaning crew told me that has to be requested separately. It does not. I confirmed that with the front desk. Also they didn't supply us with more toilet paper on the every other day.

We had a good stay. I’d give everything a 4 or 5 out of 5 except the cleanliness of the room could have been better and I’d give that a 3 out of 5. The main surfaces appeared clean but it was the corners and edges that needed better attention. An example is the pink bacteria that forms in showers, the bottom edges of the shower had that. All the floors needed a good scrub. The room needed a good dusting as well, including the bathroom fan. Again, good stay but could have been made better with a little more attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room.

Nice place to stay in the Dells!

This is a great place to stay in the Dells! We stayed here for one night on our way to Minneapolis and had a very nice experience. We checked in on the app in advance and were able to go right to our room upon arrival. The room was clean, comfy, and modern. We used the pool while there and, even though its a bit smaller, it was refreshing and luckily we had it all to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was simple but appetizing. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a hotel thats affordable and relaxing!

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean with modern amenities. Coffee and free breakfast offerings were pretty good. Rooms are small but comfortable. Beds were better than many hotels, but the pillows were very soft and non-supportive. All in all, worth the stay.

Family Weekend in the Dells

We chose this hotel for a recent stay in Wisconsin Dells. We visit the Dells often and have stayed in a few different hotels in the area. For this particular visit, we chose Tru due to it's availability for the dates needed and the reasonably priced room compared to other similar hotels. Overall, the hotel is in great conditon and very clean. The hotel lobby is very comfortable and inviting with some different games to enjoy. The breakfast offered in the mornings is just average, nothing overly exciting. Our double queen room was on the small side, but there was plenty of counter and bench space to help keep things organized. The beds were not great. While the bedding was clean and soft, the mattresses were not super comfortable and the bases of the beds were quite loud. The location was convenient to the things we were looking to do while we were there and there was always plenty of parking available.

TRU - Stay somewhere else

Terrible room. No microwave, window shades allow light to come through bottom, smoke detector right next to bed flashes light every 20 seconds, had to unplug room light to turn of the glaring red light that comes from the light adjustment. The only sink was in the bathroom. If someone was in the shower the sink was unavailable. Very poor design. All the towels are jammed in little spaces under the sink behind extra toilet paper. The pool is very very small. The breakfast is nothing special - same as the cheapest Hotels. I will never stay here again (or any hilton).
