aprÚs 550 km nous étions heureux d'arriver à cet bel hotel, réservé par vos soins. premier contact positief MAIS réservé premier etage 2 lits separés!!!(mon mari souffre de claustrophobie, mache avec une canne)... la chambre etait au 4ieme étage!! heureusement la gentille mademoiselle nous a montré 2 chambres au premier etage avec un grand lit. notre probleme etait résolu...ouf!!! nous avos passé 3 jours merveilleux

tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage im Elsass, von hier aus sind tolle AusflĂŒge in alle Richtungen möglich. Wir hatten ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick in die Rheinebene und mit modernem Bad. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Das lag auch am guten Essen, sowohl FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen sind sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht gerade gĂŒnstig. Als Abwechslung bietet sich das Restaurant A l'Ami Fritz gegenĂŒber an. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Liegen waren meistens belegt, da auch Besucher von außerhalb kamen. In der Saison bekommt man sicher nur schwer einen Platz. Das ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Inadmissible ! Animaux de compagnie admis Ă©tait il notĂ© sur le site de l'Ă©tablissement... Sauf qu'Ă  la rĂ©ception le jour J de l'arrivĂ©e, on nous dit que les Animaux ne sont admis nulle part ailleurs que dans les chambres !!!! Tous les acces piscine espace gazon uuextĂ©rieur interdit, restaurant idem, bar idem !! Du jamais vu dans ce genre d'Ă©tablissement s'il edt notĂ© que les Animaux dont admis ! Mesdames messieurs si vous emmenez votre compagnon partout avec vous dabs le sac, mĂȘme petit, vous navez acces Ă  aucune prestation en couple ! A moins de lzisser votre animal seul dans la chambre pendant que vous prenez du bon temps. Purement inadmissible et site a tendance mensongĂšre ! Mais vous ne le decouvrez qu'a votre arrivĂ©e. Qui plus est, hitels.com prebd 30% sur le sejour et en plus lhotel vous licre une chambre avec une toute petite fenetre via la rĂ©servation hotels.com

Anniversaire de mariage

Pour nos 20 ans de mariage, nous nous sommes offert une nuitĂ©e dans une suite de cet hĂŽtel d’un confort exceptionnel. Tout Ă©tait parfait, l’’accueil, le confort et la dĂ©coration magnifique, le personnel trĂšs sympathique et serviable, un chef de rang d’un professionnalisme poussĂ© Ă  l’extrĂȘme, la suite grandiose avec de la dominique partout, 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs, sauna dans la chambre, baignoire Ă  bulles etc etc, enfin le dĂźner juste incroyable. Un grand bravo Ă  tous pour ce court sĂ©jour inoubliable

L’hĂŽtel est propre avec des chambres spacieuses. Design local un peu vieux jeux. Spa et piscines. Le seul bĂ©mol est le personnel d’accueil de l’hĂŽtel et le pdj. Pas attentionnĂ©s, Ă  peine un regard au petit dĂ©jeuner. Il semble que l’important est de bien vĂ©rifier le numĂ©ro de chambre sur la liste sans regarder les clients et aucun sourire. Au check out nous avons Ă©tĂ© facturĂ©s de la totalitĂ©, mĂȘme si nous avions payĂ© via hĂŽtels.col. Pas une excuse, trĂšs dĂ©cevant. Quel dommage.

Nous venions 3 fois/ ans avant la pĂ©riode covil. (noms de Carbonera ou Villaros) Nous avons profitĂ© de congĂ©s inopinĂ©s pour venir passer deux nuits et profiter de votre espace dĂ©tente. Nos points de surprise concernent le petit dĂ©jeuner qui a perdu de sa splendeur, qui devient trop commun pour votre type d'Ă©tablissement. Ensuite, les hammams sont fermĂ©s , covil oblige. Je ne remet pas en cause les rĂšgles sanitaires, je pense juste qu'il serait bon d'avertir le client. Toujours au niveau dĂ©tente, prĂ©sence d'un bracelet perdu au bord de la piscine intĂ©rieure ( cotĂ© rochers ), idem pour les 5 ou 6 bĂȘtes d'humiditĂ© mortes et toujours lĂ  aprĂšs 2 nuits de prĂ©sence. Apparition d'une grosse araignĂ©e au niveau du premier sauna. Impression hygiĂšne de l'espace dĂ©tente plutĂŽt dĂ©cevante par ces dĂ©tails citĂ©s plus hauts. La chambre est agrĂ©able, le service Ă©galement. Je ne cherche Ă  ĂȘtre blessant, juste critique pour donner mon regard de client.

Voyage sympa sans plus, spa important mais eau des piscines froides, chambres avec vue imprenable sur rien(petite cours 10m2 au dessus de la rĂ©ception) pour un 4 Ă©toiles c'est un peu limite ne pas prendre les chambres 103 et 109 et le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  24 euros... au Novotel il y a le mĂȘme pour 17 euros voir Ă  l'Ibis...

Schönes Hotel im Umbruch, Zimmer schon renoviert, sehr schön und komfortabel, Flure und allgemeine RĂ€ume (Restaurant) sind aber noch eher 'alt'. DafĂŒr gigantischer und nagelneuer Spa-Bereich mit tollen Saunen und RuherĂ€umen, Schwimmbad innen und außen, 1a Hotelpersonal spricht fast ausschließlich französisch der Ort ist klein, aber guter Ausgangspunkt auch fĂŒr Wanderungen, alles gut erreichbar, angenehm ruhig
