Toronto is a big city, similar to New York City or Los Angeles. I found it to be multicultural, multi-ethnic and very modern. One thing that surprised me was that almost every place was Cash-Less, meaning they did not accept currency of any type!

It's an eclectic place, with a lot to offer. It's easy to get around by walking or using public transportation. We saw an excellent production of Les Miserables, absolutely fantastic. It is a very LGBT+ friendy city, and I appreciate that.

Would recommend the Museum of Illusions and certainly the Royal Ontario Museum. If a hockey fan, then the Hockey Hall of Fame is not to be missed. House of Parliament--somewhat off the beaten path--is a restaurant worth a visit.

First time back in Toronto in 30 years, and a lot has changed! The city is very walkable, but Ubers abound, too. The dining options are fantastic, with so many cuisines and price points to choose from. I'll definitely return.

Downtown Toronto is busy, with many people walking in the streets, day and night. We loved how multicultural it is. Not a lot of parking and they are expensive. Much better to walk, use transportations or Uber/Lyft/Taxi.

I'm not a city-person so I found some things a struggle-but people were more approachable than I expected and helpful in negotiating the transit. So many green spaces, gardens and art that added to our trip!

Toronto is very cosmopolitan. It struck us as clean, friendly and expensive. The traffic is horrible, but public transportation is plentiful and easy to use. King street has enough restaurants for 3 cities.

Love my city! Living outside the city, I love visiting the downtown area. The city is so alive at night especially near Yonge /Dundas square. Lots of food options. The Eaton Center is a 5 min walk too.

Toronto in winter is obviously different than summer, especially after a cataclysmic snow storm, but I like the lack of crowds. There is a lot to explore in Toronto regardless of the season.
"All excellent except shower head is broken, you can still used the shower, unfortunately water splashes toward wall. I told the front desk about the issue, I was told someone would come to fix the issue, no body showed up for help."
"It’s the perfect place to stay when you’re solo travelling and just want a good cheap place to stay for a few nights located right in downtown Toronto. The stay itself is located in a good area with public transport all around and close to several attractions like the CN Tower,Toronto Sign, Scotiabank arena and Roger’s center. Was just a 30 minute walk straight down to get to Roger’s Center for me as I stayed over the weekend to see a concert. The rooms are small but well designed as it has a little cubby area for your stuff my backpack fit just perfect in there and has a key lock so can store your things securely. Only downfall for the pod rooms themselves would be that the beds do make a lot of sound when sitting on them certain ways as they are on top of metal I think. There’s only a curtain blocking you off for the rooms this goes for all of them. The bed itself is not to bad you’re only provided with one duvet cover and no extra bedding so if you are a bit ocd or neat freak I’d advise to bring your own bedding. The washrooms and showers are shared and separated from one another. There’s three stalls for the washroom two sinks and showers are just two at least for the women’s side. For the showers it’s just a room with a sink and two showers next to eachother so would have to undress in the shower or before hand. You have access to a shared fridge microwave and a filtered water tap at the kitchen sink. Did not use kitchen so might be more things available I missed."
