The apartment was perfect for what we needed it for. We went on a long weekend trip and really only needed the place to sleep and for showers. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, relaxing, laundry, and everything else you'd need. We just didn't utilize it because we were gone most of the day enjoying the city and a concert in the evenings. The space is tight, but not cramped. Plenty of room for the 2 adult limit. The host gave great instructions via email before checking in and I did not need to contact them. We're pleased with our stay and will look for this place again if our travels ever bring us back to Philly.

Nice place, perfect for 2-3 people. Trendy, cute neighborhood. Quick cab ride to Center City. Place was clean and modern. I would recommend bringing an extra blanket or two as there is only 1 which is the comforter on the bed.

Gabe and Jon communicated so well! They responded promptly and in a friendly manner to all my questions. They reached out to welcome us when we arrived, explained anything we might need to know about the area, and seemed to be on call like friends as we traveled. Really wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great - close to a ton of shops, restaurants, coffee, and also close to the Broad Street Line subway. We also enjoyed the kitchen and laundry amenities. The space was a little tight for the three of us but it was worth the location. We are used to the parking situation in South Philly, but I would caution people who are not to look for a different spot, because almost everything in this neighborhood is permit parking and there are no paid lots nearby.

Disappointed from Albany NY

Parking was a big problem. The only way I can park the car for free for more than two hours was to sneak my car in the ACME market. Wondering if it would get me a ticket or towed was and unnecessary stress. They sent me an e-mail at 6:02 am on the day I checked to give me instructions to close the place. I did not see the message until after I left. Why not give me advanced notice. I felt like I was suppose to be their housekeeper. The toilet was located against the wall so there is little room to sit. They should pay to clean up the place. I will never stay at a place like this again.

Clean, quiet and safe

My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. The neighborhood was whisper quiet and I felt safe. There were several very nice pubs and restaurants within a short walking distance. This rental is an excellent value and hope it is available the next time I need to stay in the area.
