Booking and check-in instructions worked well for me, which is important as there is absolutely no staff on site. However, I met three other customers at the same time who desperately tried to get their code. I don't know if this was their or Maverick's fault.

The photos of the place look nothing like the actual room. Based on photos, I expected a table on which to set my computer and got a glorified ottoman. Broken lamp. The WiFi tried to install malware on my computer. There were lots of kitchen utensils that had food particles left on them from the last guest. It took a tremendous force of will not to adjourn my trip and book a short notice flight out of this place.,

I liked the ease of using a door code to enter the building and the room, since I arrived from a flight after midnight it was nice to not have to deal with any people or make special arrangements for a late check-in. I did receive a lot of emails and texts ahead of my trip asking me to fill out arrival surveys and departure checklist and upload my ID - and this was all a bit stressful. I was busy, so it made me feel like I might have forgotten to submit something and I worried that I wouldn't be able to get in the building. Everything was fine in the end though. First floor is brutal with the loud beeping of other people entering the property using the door codes, but I guess if you're just there for 1 night it's not a big deal. The bed was very uncomfortable too, but otherwise room had everything you need. For my purpose of just needing a few hours in a room between flights, this was good value.

To enter the condo, I was told I will recieve a 4-digit code 24 hrs before my arrival by email. I RECEIVED NO CODE. Arrived at between 5-6pm and called the only number Maverick Suites showed. No answer. I could not use the condo on the first day. At 9:45pm that night, they send me the code and said that they had forwarded in to Expedia. Why would they do that when I made the reservation through HOTES.com. I stayed the second night but I asked Maverick how I should proceed to be refunded for the first night I did not use. NO RESPONSE. I now turn to HOTELS.com for this information how to be refunded. Please send me an email with your response.

Very clean room. Bed was comfortable, even though slant in ceiling was low and hit my head a couple times. No where to put luggage, or hang clothes. Shower had nowhere to put soap, or shampoo. Communication was poor, and housekeeping was non-existent. Left a messege for more towels, and that didn’t happen. Room was not cleaned during our stay, even though we did not hang sign “do not service”.

Had a 4 night stay at the Maverick Suites on Temple Street. I mainly booked this room to be close to my daughter, who lives a couple of doors down. The room is a bit tight for two people, but my friend & I made it work by sleeping 90 degrees on the double bed to turn it into more of a "short king". Room was very clean, however the one suggestion I would make is to use less of the strong-smelling cleaner (Fabioso?) or a more natural cleaner. Otherwise, the property felt safe and clean. Beautiful hardwood floors, nice bathroom & small kitchen area. Staff is very responsive via TEXT (not by phone). We requested clean towels etc, and they were very accommodating. Temple St. is walkable to many sites you'll want to check out in Boston via a walk or to the Park St T station. I would recommend staying at the Maverick Suites!

Seems like the apartment was just renewed so it smelled a lot like paint or any chemical. Also I forgot a medicine and they don’t have enough standards to make sure cleaning people keep stuff lost and found.

No one is here to help. Our tv didnt work so they sent an email. Next day i demanded a person fix it. Still didn't work. So hot we had to open a window, in the rain, after turning system off. Fancy walk in shower with economy head so you are cold! Got to hear neighbors getting it on. Sheets pulled up, stains. No naid. No fresh towels, linens, or cleaning. Only took out the trash because we put out the door thing. RUN! From this place!
