This is not a 4star hotel! The room was dirty, had camp cots for beds, and was nothing like the pictures. We chose this hotel based on the distance to the airport. Next time we’ll set our alarm 15 minutes and stay at a better hotel in Naples.

It was the first time for me to visit Italy, i was flying into Naples International Airport. So the Millennium Gold Hotel was ideal as it's six minute Taxi journey. The hotel staff was really helpful and extremely polite. The hotel and my room was exceptionally clean. The rooms are equipped with the basic requirements, with a spacious onsuit bathroom. The breakfast area was large, with a excellent hot or cold food selection. The staff attended to breakfast was warm and friendly. My stay was extremely comfortable and i would highly recommended.

Had a late checkin, discovered several insects in the hotel beds, checked out in the middle of the night and decided to sleep in the car. Rude hotel staff wanted to give us other rooms in the hotel, of course we declined. Waiting to see if hotel will refund the costs for the rooms. Area seemed unsafe. Only positive thing is proximity to airport.

I particularly like Hotel Millenium Gold because it's very close to Naples INternational Airport and the car rental offices. Igenerally stay here the night before my return flights to USA. I can turn in my rental car theneasily walk back to the hote. Then, in the morning, the hotel reception people can have a taxi for me in under 10 minutes. A taxi ride to the airport is only about 20 Euros whichis worth it to not have to walk to the airport.

In my room there was no safe. I could not put my passport in the safe place. When asked at the reception, they didn’t believe me. We went together back to the room. Staff worker didn’t find the safe neither. He offered to go and to open all the rooms on the floor to look for the safe with the idea to change the room for me. I was in town for 4 hours. It was not an option to loose more time on this. When I did the reservation I wanted to be at the hotel inside the airport. My departure was early and I had to be at the airport at 5 am. Hotel is in 5 min drive ( 20 euro flat fee taxi). The area is scary, dirty. Looks abandoned . Hotel is clean. Simple. In my bathroom there was toilet paper.
