Amazing hotel in every way!
We had an amazing time at Hotel Il Convento. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is cozy and charming, with a unique blend of historic character and modern comfort. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The service was outstanding, far exceeding what you might expect from even many four- and five-star hotels. The staff were incredible, especially Marco and Nello, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They helped with everything we needed and made sure we felt truly welcome. One of the highlights was the attention to detail—having coffee available 24/7, free water in the minibar and delicious pastries at any time was a wonderful touch. The breakfast was fantastic and rich- both hot and cold, fresh fruit etc. We also loved our private terrace, and also that the room was quiet. We also appreciated that we could heat the room in February. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Naples, right in the Spanish Quarter, close to the Opera House and Via Toledo. It’s also an incredible value for what you get. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. Everything was perfect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples. Because of our wonderful experience here, my friends and I have decided to make an annual tradition of returning to Naples-and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else!

Hotel pequeno no meu do quarteirão espanhol. Mas foi um “achado”, pela localização e conforto. Atendimento eficiente e bom café da manhã. Quarto grande e com um jardim privativo (no 4° andar).

The hotel was unique and good quality. The linens and fixtures were all excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Staying in the old Spanish quarter appealed to our sense of history but the narrow streets buzzing with fast moving scooters was unnerving to walk. However the gorgeous private terrace and deep soaking tub in the bath more than made up for the traffic.

Room was so small; it had about 12 inches space around bed and that defined the room size. Had to struggle to open and close shower door. Location: convenient to old city attractions, but Spanish Quarter location is noisy, very crowded and dirty feeling. Staff very helpful.

I loved staying in the Spanish Quarter. They let us check in early and they stored our luggage for the day. They had a great breakfast with lots of choices. They called a taxi for us to go to the train station since the metro was closed due to strike.

The property is perfectly located for easy waling to many sights to see but what makes it a 5 star property is the staff which were exceptional in handling some difficult issues our group had. Everything from finding an emergency dentist to lost luggage, to providing a first class breakfast each morning. If I could rank them higher than a 5 star, I would.

Good hotel for a short stay while in Naples. The front desk staff very were helpful, kind and accommodating, the room itself was spacious and clean. The shower did have some issues with drainage. The location is very central and there was a good selection for breakfast.
