Initially was given a room in the basement. We requested a brighter room and were given a nice room on the 3rd floor however it was only accessible by stairs which was difficult with 2 new knees.

Great place rooms are small but ok hotel is located near the Victoria train station and lots of restaurants
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Staff very helpful and great location. However we had a room that did not look like the photos, and was very small and awkward for three people. Probably the worst room, and shouldn’t be rented as a three-person one. No room to put a second suitcase, I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed and Shower and sink too small.

We were made very welcome by the staff and our room was very clean comfortable. The whole hotel had been recently renovated in a very tasteful way. We can recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation near Victoria coach or train station as it is located in a pleasant part of Pimlico only 7 minutes walk away. It is also a 30 minute walk from Westminster Palace, Abbey and the Churchill War Rooms.
