Lovely staff , very clean , good location - overpriced for the quality of accommodation more of a bed and breakfast style property than a boutique hotel

真實評價

My daughter and I stayed in separate adjacent rooms and we were both really impressed by the service, the rooms and the location. The weather was mostly warm, so the AC was great to have. It was quiet and efficient and cooled the room quickly. The beds are great, the staff friendly and competent and the breakfasts are very good. There are little touches, like the heavy flatware for breakfast, that make this place quite special.

They cancelled my booking the day I arrived. I called them in the morning to inform them about the luggage arrival and they never called me back to tell me they had cancelled my reservation until I arrived late in the evening.

The hotel was very clean. Bedding was white, no stains or marks. Always made very tidy. Towels were fresh. The staff made the hotel. Upon arrival you are greeted with a friendly smile and offered assistance with luggage and any information required. And should you want anything only too happy to help

Nice enough hotel in a great location. Clean room with a lovely little balcony, tiny bathroom and small TV. Overall look and feel of the hotel is tired and lacks the charm it used to have many years ago, but is fine as a simple place to stay in a great area. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location but this is falsely advertised as a 5 star hotel which it most certainty isn’t. Plastic furniture and dusty air con together with tiny lift and lots of stairs are very disappoining
