Very nice hotel, clean and reception lady very gentle. Complimentary breakfast was good, not many choices, but sufficient! Water provided every day! Beautiful roof terrace with pyramids view and delicious food and drinks. We also enjoyed the pool! Great location, minutes away by car to the main entrance, the Great Gate, to the Pyramids. We had a misunderstanding with the taxi booked in advance with the hotel and had to pay $45 USD even though the service was not provided. By the way, Uber works very well in Cairo and Giza and not expensive. I do recommend the hotel and we had a nice family suite for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Nice stay at the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and Ahmed has been nothing but wonderful to us. However, the breakfast was not good at all : the selection is different everyday, sometimes with very little options, most of the pastries and cereals were stale and the cooked options were way too salted. The room was ok and well cleaned when we asked for it but water was leaking from the shower all over the bathroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we really do recommend this hotel but stay away from the breakfast and please go enjoy the view from the rooftop which is absolutely breathtaking. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff.

The rooms were very clean, food honestly average, but just 200 mtrs from marriot mena to walk and go but what made our stay even better was the two ladies at the front desk, they were so welcoming, polite and accomodating and always smiling. Especially, with a kind of chaotic flight delay, I had to postpone my pickup from the airport to around after midnight and exchange messages with jasmine hotel during which the staff was constantly very reassuring, friendly, professional and helpful. Front desk had the wrong room my sister booked. Took a while to fix and prepare the room. Courtyard spacious and beautiful, but pool in courtyard is only for decoration and cannot be used. Great location and value. Would recommend if looking for pricing and location.
