The manager came and picked us and our luggage up at the train station prior to realizing how close it was to the BLM Station. The room has 5 balconies, a kitchen and a terrific design. Bar and wait staff were kind and efficient and never heard another guest. If you're in Murren and want perfection please stay at this hotel and book this room. 10/10 stars. "
