Amazingly located small boutique hotel. Beautiful interior, very clean, and comfortable. I stayed a few nights, and it's close to all attractions and transportation options. Breakfast was good and diverse.

Virkelig et hotell med sjel! Rent og fint, hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Beliggenheten er perfekt for å utforske byen. Frokosten var ok, men kunne gjerne hatt mindre kaker og geller en varmrett (omelett?) ekstra. Anbefaler gjerne hotellet.

Great location for easy access to all the sights. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Comfortable, spacious quiet room. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful city for a weekend break.

This hotel was perfect for our 4 night stay, clean, safe, quiet, convieniently situated, beautiful and breakfast was delicious. We didn't particularly need them but staff were discreet and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time i visit Venice.

My first impression of the hotel was its lack of any sense of business acumen, the woman at the front desk seemed to be to busy doing whatever is was, which seemed to be nothing on her computer. First strike. The entry into the room up the spiral staircase, although quaint, very precarious, the room itself was average in size and definitely underwhelming, and that’s where it all began, as we opened the door to the bathroom, we were overtaken with such a horrific stench that honestly I thought an animal had died in the room, I spoke with Mrs.Friendly from the front desk and she blamed it on the tides, I’ve stayed in many low lying areas like Venice before and I’ve be never had an issue like this, when we left for the day, it seemed they sprayed massive amounts of air fresheners to try and mask the odors, something like lipstick on a pig, needles to say, this only made the problem worse. Sleeping was a complete nightmare as well, the pancake pillows and the stench of the room were enough to keep me awake and add to all that the location of the hotel was on the canal, with the primary school next door and when the children let out, the access was a complete disaster. If I could rate the hotel in negative numbers, I certainly would, The STAFF and the STENCH were unbearable. DO NOT BOOK

We lived this hotel. It’s such a beautiful landmark building and in a perfect location, close up everything. We hired the porter service and walked from the S.Lucia train station to the hotel in 20 minutes. We walked at 3 am to the hotel thru the streets of Venice with no issues. Our deluxe room was like a dream room from a palace with a spacious bathroom and amenities. The water taxi was conveniently right by hotel entrance and we were able to go to and back from the carnival ball. If i come back next year ant any time again., staying here again. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, everyone was nice and friendly, English speaking do no problems communicating, the only thing on facility is they have no elevator, at least not yet. Do be prepared to get a porter if you have problems carrying the luggage. Other than that all perfect!!!!! Was
