房間非常漂亮、整齊、面向城堡，每天早餐有免費可頌跟咖啡，飯店可以通往百貨公司購物跟餐廳、食物非常棒、唯一缺點就是飯店清潔人員忘了打掃房間，所以就必須打電話到櫃台要毛巾跟衛生紙。

Fun hotel

Room was clean with lots of space and staff was friendly. We loved the coffee/hot cocoa machine-24 hours. It was fun being attached to the beautiful mall. It was walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. My only issues were, I booked a balcony room thinking it would have a great view, but it was looking into the mall and we couldn't even see anything in the mall. Also, I forgot my medication, and they were not very helpful in wanting to ship it to me, even though I was going to pay for it before they shipped it. Needless to say, they didn't ship it. I would recommend this hotel, just don't leave anything behind.

This was quite a surprise. The hotel was in the perfect location. Anita at the reception desk was amazing, so helpful. This hotel had a full kitchen. Complimentary guest laundry. Everything we needed for our one night stay in Edinburgh. Highly recommend!

Studio hotel near Old Town

Clean, quiet room even though it’s on the 5th floor of a mall. Location was great, about a 10-15 minute walk to Old Town, and very easy to reach by city tram. We appreciated the complimentary filtered water and coffee station, as well as the separate entrance from street level. One note for U.S. travelers: king-size beds in Scotland are smaller than what you may be used to.

Un hotel perfecto!

El hotel es perfecto, dispones de todo lo necesario para cubrir tu estancia. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, todo es tal y como se describe en su web. La ubicación es perfecta y el aparcamiento sale muy bien de precio después del descuento que te aplican por estar alojado en el hotel. Realmente puedes aparcar el coche y olvidarte de él. Desde el hotel puedes caminar la ciudad de manera cómoda y sencilla. El detalle de poder desayunar todos los días un café, té,... con un croissant por cortesía es de agradecer. Así como tener lavandería autoservicio. Y por supuesto, no queremos acabar esta reseña sin agradecer la atención y amabilidad de Javi. Sin duda la valoración de 5 estrellas es por ti.

The hotel was in a fantastic position, we had a couple of minor issues which were resolved extremely quickly by the staff. Would recommend and will definitely use again when in Edingburgh. No soundproof window

The view of the monument was fantastic. Room, bathroom and facilities was fantastic but we were bitterly let down on by the constant annoying heavy music beat from the open air court bar on the ground floor. We were on floor 1 or 2 above and could not espace it. Had 4 sleepless nights and day time was marred also by the incessant best. Just need to cut the noise with quadruple glazed glass….
