It was very dirty, used towels left for us, rooms were not as shown, extremely thin walls so very noisy, doors were thin as well and loose so easily opened - would not take children, staff were rude and unhelpful, foul smell and when we told the staff they just shrugged and walked out. They don’t care. There is definitely nicer places near by for a little bit extra money but it’s very worth paying it.

It was very loud in my room. I could hear my neighbours staying in other rooms, from each side and from top. I had difficulty sleeping, I could even hear loud neighbours through ear plugs. The room itself was not perfect. There were scratches and one could see that this place needs good maintenance and proper handling. Food choices were limited. What also surprised me was that the hotel tried to charge me money for water though the waiter said it was free of charge! So be careful when you take water during lunch/dinner. Only 1 elevator on the hotel. Sometimes there were longer wait times. Overall is was disappointing experience.

Detalles a tener en cuenta
Lo mejor, la amabilidad de Jayro, el recepcionista y de la camarera rubia del bar. Lo peor, las dos camareras fuertes y morenas del restaurante; una de ellas nos "echó" literalmente del comedor para que esperásemos fuera (sólo lo hizo con nosotros) y la segunda tras dos días de estancia nos abroncó injustamente y reprochó no llevar la tarjeta de la habitación cuando la llevábamos religiosamente en todas las comidas y nadie nos la pedía. Yo no tengo porqué saber si ellos tienen por costumbre amotarlo, no obstante, me reitero, como he dicho antes que la llevábamos siempre con nosotros. Nos sorprendió también no encontrar minifrigorífico en un hotel de tres estrellas en la playa en pleno verano. Suponemos que estos detalles lo tendrán en cuenta en lo sucesivo.
