Clean, well located, large room (for London), nice staff, easy to store luggage pre check in and post check out, close to pub, stores, restaurants and the Underground - and very nice breakfast as well.

This was a very nice hotel, the room felt clean and well looked after. The staff were fantastic, eager to help us out with luggage storage and allowing us to check in early.

Second time staying here bed is so Cosy! Shower is lovely too, nice tea and coffee making facilities too. Location is great as seeing a show at the Eventim Apollo

The bed was the hardest bed we have ever slept on, there wasnt any hot water in the evenings or mornings and there wasn't any sound proofing so we could hear the elevator from the inside and everything going on outside as well. But the location was good and the check in and out was fast.

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable, the staff was rude. The wait staff was very nice but the front desk people were completely rude. They did not barely speak, no acknowledgement, no the k you…no nothing

Tiny cramped bathroom. Somehow we ended up with a small two bedroom, only booked a single room.
