Had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Loved the decor throughout and everything was spotlessly clean. Everything was great, we had a garden view room which was just lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was just right and convenient. We had a small problem with the sink in our room when we checked in and the front desk staff came straight away to look at it for us. The location is great, on a nice street super close to Earl's Court underground and with plenty of amenities nearby too.

I arrived on a very hot day exhausted with a heavy bag. I have mobility issues so instead of having to go to the next building +more steps for my room they swapped rooms so I could stay in the main building which was a huge relief for me. Such a helpful reception. The room was spacious, clean and a modern design. Had a very comfy bed, easy to control ac which kept the room lovely and cool in this heatwave. Close to tube station which was perfect for me to get to a concert at the Apollo and then next day into the centre of London. Close to lots of lovely restaurants too.
