Lovely location in quiet neighborhood of Pimlico. Easy access to all of London without the headache of too many noisy merrymakers and holiday crowds. Staff was superb and friendly. Room was comfortable. There are several flights of stairs and no lift, so be wary if you've packed large luggage. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in London.

Local owner small business hotel with a great location. Stayed as a family and the room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was really friendly. The neigborhood area has plenty of good restaurant options. Location is great for site seeing - main attractions are walk-able (within 1.5 miles) or the tube station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
