Lovely location in quiet neighborhood of Pimlico. Easy access to all of London without the headache of too many noisy merrymakers and holiday crowds. Staff was superb and friendly. Room was comfortable. There are several flights of stairs and no lift, so be wary if you've packed large luggage. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in London.

The room was simple but nice & clean. No AC but had a fan that worked just fine to keep the room cool enough. The staff were super kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and in a nice and safe location. However it was tiny, more akin to a hostel, and had no air conditioning and tiny, tiny bathrooms… very low budget feel.
