有待改善

房間清潔，但很細。離火車站大約10分鐘步程。浴室無浴露，只有小肥皂。熱水瓶內發熱線生锈。早餐只有一部殼物機自己加牛奶，一部咖啡機，再加一人一盒仔乳酪。無升降機，要行長長的樓梯，行動不方便及有大件行李者請選擇其他酒店。

地點方便，距離Victoria station7-10分鐘路程，隔一條街有不少餐廳及1間大型超市，略嫌酒店早餐比較簡單，總括來說是一個好選擇。

方便及寧靜

由於沒有lift ,梯級比較窄，住高層拎大件及重的行李不太方便。早餐非常普通。清潔房間時發現門的安全鍊壞了主動修理好。地點非常方便及寧靜。

I live in Taiwan, certainly the booking is written in Chinese when I received the confirmation of booking from Hotels. com. But all the critical information such as booking no, hotel name, booking name and check in date were both written in English and Chinese. Strangely, the front desk said couldn’t help me to check in cause the information were not ALL in English since he didn’t know Chinese. I explained to him but no use! Finally, I got the room key after a hard bargaining and tolerated his impolite attitude. What a discrimination! I will not choose this Hotel again.

地點優越

房間雖少，尚算潔淨，尤其新装修浴室，只是花洒水力太弱，好像是大部份英國酒店的通病，可能是省水原因。地點十分方便，7~8 分鐘腳程到Victoria 火車站，找吃的很方便。酒店早餐也算ok.

Närhet till det mesta, ligger mycket bra till för en helg i London. Rummet var slitet. Frukosten köpte vi men inget att rekommendera. Fanns inga ägg, mörkt bröd, ost, pålägg.. Personalen ok men nästa gång bor vi någon annanstans.

The bathroom was good, the bedroom was fine. No bells or whistles but not bad for a couple of nights. Pimilco Fresh (1 min walk) was great for breakfast!

O hotel é muito bom. Limpo e aconchegante. Chegamos antes do horário de check-in e como o quarto já estava pronto, a recepção nos liberou para fazer o check-in um pouco mais cedo. A localização é boa, tem restaurantes perto. Um rua bem tranquila tanto a noite como durante o dia. O transporte público funciona muito bem então mesmo que seja um pouco “longe” dos principais pontos turísticos, dá pra se locomover bem.

Une jolie surprise. Même si la chambre est petite, l’emplacement est très bien…. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes changées à chaque passage, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le petit déjeuné est très correct, nous recommandons cet hôtel

A nice budget hotel when you need a bed on holiday in London. Close to all major sights and Victoria station. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. Nice beds. However, we stayed in a room with only one way in and out; so it was a fire trap. Additionally, the continental breakfast is a big disaster - not even the coffee machine worked. So, please, fix the above to turn the hotel into a safe and reasonable budget hotel. - of all budget hotels I have stayed in when in London, this breakfast is the lowest…

Hotel propre, un peu vieillot mais vraiment pas derangeant pour un week end. Personnel au top. Petit dejeuner simple mais correct. Gros point positif : la proximité avec la gare Victoria, buckingham , big ben, westminster , le tout à 20 mn à pied maximum.
