Not good
Very slow and inefficient check in process - even at midnight, while they can see you have an infant and needs to go to room quickly.
Mismanagement during breakfast time. No tables/space, and you have to wait.
2 PM late check out confirmed during check in, but no synchronization between the different teams. Housekeeping doesn’t know and reception calls to kick you out and 12 PM, wakes up the baby with the shock, and offer you “mercy” with an attitude to leave at 2PM, while it was already confirmed during check in time. It’s almost a joke.
Process is obviously flawed.
