No Airport shuttle as promised. Paid 180€ for taxi
The website stated there was an airport shuttle. I called ahead to make sure this was accurate. The woman at the desk confirmed. They sent a taxi(not a shuttle) which we had to pay for when we arrived. I asked about this to which I was told the shuttle had specific hours(not listed on the website) and that outside of those hours, they send a taxi at our expense. We should have been notified of this when we called.
I asked if the shuttle would be available for our return trip in the AM. She said no, it would be a taxi again. At this point we had no choice. I said ok, we would need a taxi at 3am. When we came down for our taxi in the AM, there was a man at the desk who said we didn’t confirm that we needed a taxi so we didn’t have one and he couldn’t call one because everyone was asleep. I asked him repeatedly to please try as we had to catch our international flight he called and said maybe someone would call us back. Finally a taxi service from the airport called and said they could take us but they would charge us from the airport to the hotel and back. At this point we had no choice. So, after paying for the hotel, we also paid an additional 180€ in cab fare.

Peccato....
Buon hotel con alcune migliorie da effettuare . La camera assegnatomi era abbastanza vecchia ma al check out mi hanno detto che le stanno restaurando. La doccia è pietosa con il tubo che faceva andare l'acqua verso l'alto quindi utilizzarla è stata una battaglia.La cosa che non mi è piaciuto assolutamente è che da utente gold dovevo ricevere una bottiglia di vino ed al check in hanno fatto finta di niente ed al check out ho dovuto chiedere quasi come se fosse una mia richiesta quando invece mi spettava. Ovviamente quando la receptionist (molto cortese) dopo la mia specifica mi ha chiesto se la volevo non ho accettato in quanto mi sembrava chiedere l'elemosina...... . Personale ristorante e colazione estremamente gentili e professionali. Peccato perchè un nuovo cliente devi fidelizzarlo e in questo modo lo puoi solo perdere ed io pur essendo a Nola per lavoro ogni 2 settimane non credo di ritornarci

Mediocre accommodation
The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked with towels. There was no way to control the temperature, because it appeared the fan was missing from the ceiling, so it was very hot. I found the man at the front desk to be unwelcoming and a little rude.

No lo recomiendo
La habitación remodelada y amplia. Pero el hotel está en remodelación. Lo que más me afectó fue lo siguiente: Hay un problema grave con el Aire condicionado, todas las estancias del hotel sin aire con 40 grados. La habitación mira a una terraza trasera prácticamente metida como un semi sótano. Pero lo más importante es que el aire condicionado no funcionaba, era insuficiente y literal nos dejaron 4 noches sudando sin cambiarnos de habitación. Cuando pedíamos ayuda en recepción lo que hacían era mover algo de programación que hacía que mejorar la situación pero 2h después volvía a calentarse. En conclusión, por ahorrar dinero no ponen el aire en las áreas comunes del hotel y te ven la cara haciéndote creer que estaba solucionado pero volvían a bajarle la potencia. En recepción además, lo tomaban de mala manera y no nos daban opciones definitivas. No todos los chicos.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Bar so gut wie nicht besetzt, wurden dann in das Restaurant geschickt, von dort wieder weg…
Die Umgebung ist sehr laut u s auch drechig.
Der Pool könnte mal wieder richtig gereinigt werden.
Die Flasche Wein gab es leider nicht.
