The stay at Pinhan Suites was incredible from start to finish. The check in was very smooth and quick. The cave suite was very spacious and clean and incredible attention to detail, true to the pictures. The staff were very friendly and tended to all our needs. The breakfast was lovely and good variety for different tastes. The staff arranged our balloon ride with an exceptional company. There are plenty of eating options within walking distance from Pinhan Suites and lots of sites to visit within walking distance. The staff arranged all transportation upon request and very very efficient. Had an absolutely fantastic time during our 5 night stay. Will highly recommend. Shout out to Riski and the breakfast staff for the amazing, friendly and polite service.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional, especially as I was traveling with my three kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. They were especially thoughtful with the children... on top of the delicious breakfast, they even made fresh fries just for them, which was a big hit. The hotel recently opened a new restaurant and we were impressed not only by the quality of the food but also by the flexibility in dining options. We enjoyed meals on the rooftop patio with beautiful views, in the peaceful courtyard, and even in their unique cave restauran... each setting offered a different and memorable experience. The location was also perfect. It was an easy walk to a variety of local restaurants, a grocery store, and the post office where we could exchange money. We also enjoyed visiting several nearby castles, making this a convenient and culturally rich base for exploring the area. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

The staff was completely disinterested and didn’t bother cleaning the rooms even while we were away all day. The breakfast was average, but the area around has some decent restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It’s just as well we spent 2 days and were away on tours all day.

This hotel was absolutely lovely! The room was huge and beautiful and the Turkish breakfast every morning was delicious. We have been in Turkey for three weeks and so we used this spot as our down time because we were here three nights. It was really perfect for relaxing in the room or courtyard. There are several very good restaurants right in town so you don’t have to travel to Goreme to eat amongst all that chaos. This town is quieter and nicer to spend your time. We also liked that you could walk right to some hoodoos and so if you want to take pictures with the balloons, you can roll out of bed and get back to sleep after you’re done. We also went up in the balloons and the company we booked picked us right up from the hotel driveway at 3:30am. We were glad they were able to do hotel pickup from this location at such an early hour. We’d definitely stay here again.

However, I must admit that the breakfast fell a little short of my expectations. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. However, when it came to breakfast, I found it to be somewhat disappointing. While there was a decent variety of options available, the overall quality and taste could have been improved. That being said, the breakfast staff were attentive and polite, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. In conclusion, my stay at Pinhan was enjoyable overall, with the hotel delivering on its promises of comfort and convenience.

Wow! This property is fresh and new - we stayed in a real carved out cave room! The room was spacious and we were so glad to have four beds to fit our family of five. The room was decorated with antiques giving it a homey and classy feel. We loved the desk made from a treadle sewing machine table! As with most places in Cappadocia, the plumbing has issues with a slight odor and the shower was not very warm. Our desk attendant was so helpful trying to get us a hot air balloon ride and giving us recommendations for places to visit the dairy castles. The breakfast was huge and located on an upper floor in a spacious room. The food was absolutely delicious, a classic Turkish breakfast to enjoy slowly while reflecting on our travels. The hotel is in Uchisar, a much nicer town than Goreme because it is smaller and somewhat less touristy. The hotel is not located along the city edge, but views from the roof are good. We took a picnic out to an overlook for our dinner to enjoy the sunset. The hotel is so close to the Uchisar castle, you could just enjoy the sunset view from the castle!

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu ailemle birlikte Kapadokya’da bu otelde konakladık ve gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Odalar son derece temiz ve konforluydu, otelin genel ambiyansı da oldukça huzur vericiydi. Ama asıl etkilendiğimiz nokta, çalışanların güler yüzü ve misafirperverliğiydi. Her biri işini severek yapıyor ve misafirleri memnun etmek için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını sunuyor. Özellikle resepsiyon ve restoran ekibine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.
