Very helpful and polite staff working in the front desk. The hotel was modern and clean. Overall all a good experience staying at this hotel. Close walking distance to restaurants, cafeterias and shops. Downsides were the carpet in the room, feels very unhygienic. Also the toweldryer didn’t work in the bathroom which made it hard for things to get dry. The breakfast selection could have been broader; lack of vegetables and lactose free options. You could ask the staff for plant based milk, but it would have been nice to have it served in the restaurant so you could grab it yourself, same goes for the butter.

Me and my girlfriend stayed for eight nights and the stay was great. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had and daily cleaning. The location is great with close proximity to most of the top restaurants as well as the harbor and buses/train station.

This hotel was comfortable and well located. Especially close to a number if good redtaurants ranging from informal to upscale in the neighborhood. It has a free garage for guests with cars, a real plus for an in-city hotel. Staff were vrry helpful

Super fast service whenever we requested anything! We got something stuck in the safe and someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes. Wow! Very friendly staff who always ordered taxis for us. We had a lovely high-end suite. The only thing missing is a pool. Fantastic stay overall.

Second stay at this hotel, service is always 5 star. Although this time our room had a few ants in it, and the toilet seat kept getting stuck to the lid. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room has no way to control the fan speed of the AC. There is building work going on at the hotel and our room was not as good as the first time we stayed.
