Great location, outstanding breakfast, charming hotel. But the AC was not enabled in April and the room temp was well over 80 F. It made it hard to sleep, even with the windows open.

Great stay! Reasonable price for the staying in the island with complementary breakfast. Climbing over the bridge with a big luggage from the train station was challenging, but I was glad it’s only one bridge I needed to cross to get to the hotel.

The location is everything because you still get great canal views without the really busy tourist crowds like at Rialto. Pillows and bed were a little stiff but the rooms were super clean and very inviting. The hotel is lovely with all updated needs while still keeping the charm of Venice. Reception is 24 hours!
