I had booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child after a week long email exchange with the hotel trying to decide what the best configuration would be for the 3 of us. I had been given various options of rooms with a roll away/foldable bed as an option for the 3rd bed. We arrived to be told our room wasn’t ready - not a problem, we went away and came back. We were then given a room with a double bed and zero space for the roll away bed. I immediately raised this with the hotel. No apology just a ‘I’ll go to reception to see what is going on’. We sat in the room waiting for 15 minutes. Nothing. I called reception to ask what was going on. ‘Oh we’ll let you know’. I asked how long, to which he replied 10 minutes. So we wait some more until I believe the duty manager arrived. No apology and he challenged me as to my booking. He said I had made the booking online and that was the issue. If I wanted an extra bed (which I had booked) I would need to pay seventy five more. Unbelievable.And to be delivered this news with irritation and inconvenience from the hotel staff at such a hotel is pretty unimpressive and incredibly bad customer service. Then to add insult to injury we were called by reception at 8.15 which woke us up to ask how we were paying for our room. I asked twice why are you calling us at 8.15?Plus we have already paid for our room? The guy on reception couldn’t answer and then said oh sorry I called the wrong room… Please save your money and DO NOT book this hotel

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff made an effort to call us as soon as it was. We were then lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which had complimentary mini bar, huge queen size bed etc. The location was great for a central base in Chelsea and we also tried breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was was also highly rated. Staff were great - only a minor couple of hiccups where they accidentally double charged us for a room but this was quickly rectified. They went above and beyond to make this special birthday trip even more special. We will be back

A lovely minutes away from Kings Road. Friendly staff. Bathroom little tired but bedroom nicely decorated. Comfy bed & bedding. Excellent breakfast in Hans Restaurant

Handy overnight for Cadogan Hall concert

Very nice hotel, conveniently located, good food and good staff. Bathroom a little small, but it didn't matter as we were just there for one night. Beds wonderful. Good for an overnighter if you're watching something at Cadogan Hall.
