Could’ve been better…

We got there to check in. The lady was slow to come to the front. Then she left, instead of finishing up my check in she left me with someone else. Though the lady was nice. We had issues getting into the room. Then we finally enter the room and the room isn’t as clean as it could’ve been. There were food pieces on the kitchen floor and the carpet in the room wasn’t swept or vacuumed. You guys need to do a better job before letting guest in to be sure the cleanliness of the room.

I do not recommend this hotel. The pool was dirty, there were no pool towels, the rooms was ok but the mattress on the pullout was dirty and was not usable. The complimentary breakfast was lack luster and didn’t even have eggs or bacon.

Just what we needed

The room was spacious and clean. The perfect size for a family with teenagers. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms came at an affordable price. The staff were nice and accommodating. It was an added benefit that there was free breakfast. It was just what we needed to get our day started. I would recommend this place

The hotel is in a great spot, less than 15 minutes from the beach. My concerns was there was no housekeeping done when we were there. The sign stated light housekeeping would be completed Monday-Friday. I had to take the trash out and get new trash bags multiple times and always getting our own towels, while leaving the old ones outside for someone to pick up on the way through. Otherwise, front desk was friendly and room was nice.

When my family and I arrived it looked AMAZING from outside. Checkin was okay the front desk lady wasn’t real friendly but I figured bc she was busy. First she said there’s an ice maker in the room but it’s slow so we have a complimentary bag you can grab..okay cool we walked around to the elevator which took 10-15mins to get to the first floor. (Elevator was slow every time) We get to our room there’s water in the middle of the floor in the kitchen..apparently from the refrigerator. I called the front desk she said it’s not a leak ma’am it’s just left over ice I asked for another room she refused, instead she came to wipe up the “ice water”. My kids were so excited to get in the pool..it was hair all in the pool like no one had cleaned it. We made it back to the room to shower. The tub filled with water. The water wasn’t draining properly so we showered in a puddle of water UNACCEPTABLE. Not worth $394.00 at all. We checked in at 3:47pm central time and checked out at 2:00am central the very next morning. Didn’t even stay 12hours! We couldn’t take it anymore!! I would not recommend!!!!

Ac issue

I gave the overall experience a 3 star due to the AC in our room we checked on Tuesday afternoon to a room that had an ac that was blowing cool air not cold thermostat in the room showed 76 degrees and it felt muggy. Went downstairs the receptionist told me that they didn’t have anyone to check the room due to being late. She said she can give us a fan which she did. Long story short ac somewhat worked after they checked it. Still had to use the fan. Other than that I like the hotel it’s and nice breakfast is good!! And social hour as well. Oh be ready to wait for the elevator it’s slow!! Haha

The hotel was in a nice spot and quiet. Upon entering our room there was unpleasant odor and it was very hot. I could not get the air temp to reach 68 throughout my entire stay. I did not inform the front desk. My fault! The hotel clearly has a towel shortage because getting towels daily was an issue. The hotel staff were very nice, fast check-in, and great customer service. Just fix the air, clean the rooms so they don’t have leftover pet or human odors, and have more towels available for guests! Food was good! Pool looked nice. Elevator was slow and always backed up but that can be overlooked if everything else is fine.

Tv not working, stayed two nights they didn’t fix it. Couch was filthy, didn’t service room 1st night, inexpensive ring was missing. Pool area was kept well, breakfast offering was good and staff was friendly.
