The staff was cooperative and helpful.. but the hotel can do better in terms of cleanliness and upkeep of the property

The photographs have no resemblance to reality. It does not reserve three starts by any means. It is unacceptably dirty. I would not stay there again even at one third of their rates.

Unpleasant experience
It was most unhygienic hotels we stayed and checked out very next day even though we booked three rooms for two nights. Bed sheets, bathrooms and I can go on we were dirty and crumbling. I will never recommend anyone staying there.

Property is in terrible condition. Definitely not as per the Orion standards. Room was in pathetic condition. AC was not working as expected. Bathroom is so poorly designed that there is no partition between shower and wash basin and kamod.

If I could rate it below 1 star I would. We were booked to be there for 8 nights and checked out after one.
The pictures of the rooms and other areas are just not this property. DO NOT TRUST the tickets. The rooms (we had over 10 booked) were filthy. Bugs, dirt, lack of hot water....
Breakfast was disgusting. We watched bugs crawl out of the toaster.
DO NOT STAY HERE...for any amount of money.

Not good stay... The Orion hotel
Not worth for price.
Same price is being offered by 5 star hotels as part of deal.
It is listed as 4 star but as per my opinion it is no where 4 start and it should have 2 stars.
During my stay I noticed that hotel is going through some renovation and that caused pain.
I would personally not recommend as it is not in low budget and does not deserve 4 stars

Pretty bad
The condition was very bad - bad smell - we asked to switch rooms and it was still bad. There was construction going on (renovation badly needed) but there was pounding all day long - not possible to sleep during the day. Absolutely no hot water in the shower. All around bad experience. Wifi was relatively good. The coffee shop in front is good.

Rooms were badly aged. My balcony door was in such poor condition that it did not close and allowed water and mosquitoes into the room. The bathroom had a horrible smell and geyser was not working.

I would rate this as an average property. My expectations were clouded by the slick photos of the property which were not met by the actual condition, average at best. The staff, however were very good.
Worst customer service ever.
I requested an invoice or receipt when I checked in, the first gentleman on the reception told me he would give it to me when I check out.
When I requested it again when I checked out, they deny to give it to me because I paid to hotels.com. when I requested them to the manager, he told me he would send to my email in 2 days.
When I call him 4 days later, the manager asked me to call his senior.
When I called the senior manager, he promised me to give it to me, but he also didn't give it to me.
All 3 people at the hotel didn't keep his word.
Also, the breakfast was not very good.
I think the most important thing in the hotel is try to satisfy customers. I guess they don't want be bothered to take 3 minutes to print an invoice or receipt because customer satisfaction is not important.
