Magic Happens
We stayed in a King bed, corner balcony Room that was extremely comfortable & Clean. Check-in staff were lovely & it was quick & efficient. Parking was easy & if you are a Star Club member, was Free upon minimal purchase, thus triggering the point accumulation required. We were celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary & a bottle of champagne & sweet note was waiting for us in our room. We had Dinner @ the Garden Kitchen & Bar restaurant & the meal & service was outstanding. We had a memorable stay & look forward to happily returning again.
Great value Stay Package, including Free Breakfast @ Harvest Buffet that had a lovely view of the Pool Area.

We had a number of staff stay there this past week for a conference near by. We received many complaints.
They didn’t service my room even though i pressed the service button in the morning. Out of x 4 nights it was serviced once. They didn’t give any replacements of anything except a soap bar, rubbish bins weren’t emptied…
Concierge team were wonderful...
we wanted a meeting room for 1.5 hours and they wanted to charge $700 which was apparently half price - yet there were no people anywhere near any of the meeting rooms…
even the ironing board was broken...
The CEO did not appreciate the entrance roof view on the non-sea side of Level 6.
When something was left in the room after check out - wasn't allowed to retrieve it, had to send someone back there hours later only.
We do many conferences across the world and send staff to many places... We were told by our CEO.....
Frankly never want to stay there again please
