Many items in room were broken (key card battery to room door, fan, electrical switches). Staff was rude, food was not good, and restaurant staff stole my wallet out of my purse. Guest services "could not help us because we booked through expedia," even though they made us pay them directly upon check in for the full amount. When requesting a partial refund upon early check out, I was told there was nothing they could do. No help was provided, and managers did not help.
