The hotel is magnificent, well located, and staff are exceptional. Rooms on the left of the pool are noisy as a result of a bar next door. Apart from the noise, everything else was superb!!!

Helt ok

Första rummet vi fick luktade mögel, men andra dagen fick vi byta till ett mycket bättre rum. Personalen var superduktig men renligheten i korridorer och trapphus var inte helt ok för priset

Phuket hotel

The hotel was nice enough - didn’t eat there however good location, good pool and very close to the beach. Staff were very accommodating and even opened the gym and pool for us early.

Staff amazing, room lovely, , pool great

Staff were more than happy to help, were always ready with our cocktails and always had a smile. The room was cleaned daily and when we weren't ready to leave the room to be cleaned the cleaners came back later. The pool and pool bar were amazing! Food were great and pricing was decent. Only downfall was gym was average and the location was a bit far out to what we were used too but otherwise everything was incredible:D

水中カウンターのあるバー

朝食のオムレツが美味しかったです。日本語の出来るスタッフがいてくれたら心強かったです。部屋のスリッパが清潔でなかったのが気になりました。シャンプーとリンスを別々にしてほしいです。

proche de tout mais vaut son prix

Salle de bain qui sent fort l’humidité , très dérangeant . Draps changer une fois sur deux (si le personnel vois qu’ils sont propres ils n’en les changent pas , mais personnel accueillant et attentionné.

Vriendelijk personeel aan ontbijt & zwembed, veel minder vriendelijk aan receptie waar ze nauwelijks Engels spreken. Internet overal zeer slecht of zelfs geen. Schoonmaak twijfelachtig (personeel slaapt meer in de kamers dan werken). Dagelijks 2 à 3 bussen Chinezen die voor veel overlast zorgen, bij ontbijt zijn o.a de spiegel eieren altijd koud, minder variatie. Hotel mag wel eens hersteld/vernieuwd worden. Jammer want de locatie is voor ons goed en het hotel heeft zoveel mogelijkheden volgens de prijs dat er betaald wordt.

Good location close the beach and nice pool area

Good choice if you do not want to be too close the noise of the centrum (Bangla), but still it is possible to walk there. Beach is close, also some nice bars are just ~ 150m from hotel to the beach direction. Hotel pool area nice and pool bar is ok.

Aldrig igen!!!!

HOtellets stand var absolut ikke 4-stjernet. Rengøring rigtig dårlig. Efter indtjekning fandt vi en gammel brugt strømpe på gulvet ved siden af sengen og en papirstump, der lå ved siden af skraldespanden blev liggende i 8-9 dage. Morgenmads-buffet var meget lidt varieret. Air-con virkede ikke optimalt. Poolområde var fint. Personalet på stedet var RIGTIG dårligt til engelsk. Alt for mange ubehøvlede og støjende kinesere

Close to Bangla Rd

The shower water pressure was a dribble and was really unclean.The internet except in the lobby was really bad. A bed sheet was forgotten to be put on. The pool was nice. Good location. It served its purpose but wouldn't go again

Not a 4 star hotel. Pictures are very deceiving.

Our room was spacious and comfortable however the bathroom was very dirty and with mold, the pilllows were extremely uncomfortable and the room service was very poor (i.e. No extra toilet paper provided, had to go to the lobby to ask for more). The hotel staff does not speak a work of English so it is extremely complicated to communicate basic needs/ requests. The breakfast is very poor and lacked basic food (i.e. No eggs or orange juice). There is a desk for "tour information" yet the lack of English from the staff made it impossible to get any help. Additionally, they could not even advice about getting transport to the airport (they have cars but no driver, advice was to just go out on the street and ask around). The wifi does not work in the room, only in the lobby with very bad signal. We asked to cancel our reservation when we saw the terrible quality of the hotel, but the manager was rude and could not care less about how we felt/ our needs for the entire time we stayed. Overall this hotel is more like a 2-3 star hotel; there are plenty of hotels in Patong beach with much better facilities for the same price. Definitely do not recommend.

On arrival was told if I brought lady friend back extra 800baht a night when it's paid for 2 people and received only one breakfast card for the buffet also no Wifi most staff friendly

Helt okej för priset!

Hyfsat bra hotel! Närhet till mycket fint poolområde! Tyvärr lite tråkig frukost men funkar! Toalett/Duch luktar ganska mycket mugg/mögel! Men stora fina rum med äldre standard ett ok hotel till priset! Personalen tyckte vi var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Städningen var si så där till och från! Ibland fick vi handdukar ibland inga, ibland tvål till fem personer ibland inga!!!!

Nice hotel , close to everything

Stayed as a family (teenage children) family room was large and comfortable, but noisy. Staff were helpful and it has great surrounds and all amenities. Great pool and bar.

Could be better

It's a shame I can't give this hotel a better review because the hotel, room and pool were very good. However, our 12-day stay was dampened by 2 things as follows :- 1. The tap water was consistently yellow - the hotel recognized this was an on-going problem but were unable to rectify it during our stay and 2. Every day, the 'hot' food for breakfast was cold, even when it was just brought out from the kitchens.

O güzel otele bu hizmet yakışmıyor

Rezervasyon yaptırdığım tarihte otele gittiğimde odamın dolu olduğunu beni bir başka otelde bir gün ağırladıktan sonra tekrar sonraki gün otele alacaklarını söylediler. Fakat gönderildiğim otelin odası aynı koşullarda ve aynı kalitede değildi dolayısıyla tüm elbiselerimi asıp tekrar toplayıp tekrar yeniden otele taşınmış olmak beni yordu. Otelin restorantı havuzu ve odası bulunduğu konum çok güzel .fakat İnternet rezalet hiç olmaması daha iyi diye düşünüyorum.

スタッフは概ね好感の持てる人が多い。繁華街から離れているので静かな環境。プールは小さいがくつろげる。ただ、他の部分については、残念な部分が多く、総合評価では、料金以下。バスルームから漂う下水の臭いが酷いのと、ダニが多く虫刺されに悩まされる。また、現在は、中国人団体客の常宿になっているのか、ホテル内で見かける客は、９割以上が中国人。朝食の種類も少なく会場も狭いので、団体客が観光に出かけるまでの早い時間帯の朝食は、まともに食べることができないので要注意。

Замечательный отель

Отель замечательный,много зелени.Корпуса 2-х этажные,не нужно ждать лифт. Комнаты просторные,не знаю правда почему разная цена( они все однотипные). Я брала улучшенный, а сестра стандарт, оказались одинаковые.Особое спасибо всему персоналу, улыбаются в зз зуба, хотя в прошлом году поселились на Кате(пляж) и такого гостеприимства не заметили, Новый год Организовали замечательно: конкурсы, подарки, шведский стол, танцевальная программа и всё это около бассейна.И к тому же до моря рукой подать 3 мин. И недалеко рынок, где готовят вкуснее , чем в ресторане, а дешевле в 3 раза.
