there are no preventative maintenance on the room. the toilet didn’t flush properly. the maintenance person tried to fix the problem for several times during my stay. the sink was clogged. it was not releasing water properly

O hotel é grande e tem um ótimo custo benefício. Pelo valor oferecido, é possível aproveitar a estrutura de um resort a beira mar dentro de Salvador. Precisa, porém, de renovação em algumas áreas externas e nos quartos, mas nada que comprometa a estadia.

Destaque área da piscina com muitos ombrelones e esteiras, mesmo com ocupação máxima. Bom café. Quarto do térreo muito mal conservado com móveis descascando, cortina com furos, de frente para construção do próprio hotel. Nos trocaram para o segundo andar, melhor conservado, quarto 207, mas o colchão de baixo também amarelado de ácaro como o do quarto 029 no térreo, o black out não escurece o quarto e acordamos 5:30 da manhã, e nao passam pano para tirar o pó de criados, bancada do banheiro e móveis da varanda que tinham até cabelo. Praia em frente boa com barracas, mas sem estrutura do hotel (só de piscina e cobram pela toalha de piscina). Bom cardápio. Mas o folheado da Casa do Pão de Queijo é bem ruim. A nota foi dada principalmente por causa do custo benefício de hotel em frente à praia, com muitas espreguiçadeiras que não precisam ser disputadas, mas poderia ser um 7.8 pela limpeza a desejar e móveis e colchões muito antigos.

Ficamos em um quarto na lateral direito com vista para o resort e praia! Simplesmente incrível! Quarto sempre organizado e funcionários sempre solícitos. No hotel tem atividades o dia todo, música e devido nosso quarto ficar bem atrás do palco, o som era bem alto, porém a porta pra sacada quando bem fechada abafa quase que todo o som, a depender até todo o som! Ar condicionado perfeito. Café da manhã perfeito, almoço também muito bom!

o hotel está precisando de manutenção. No quarto que fiquei o secador de cabelos não funcionava (ficava 20 segundos e desligava). Pedi troca e esta não aconteceu. A descarga do vaso sanitário estava com vazamento e em um momento parou. Achei a recepção feia e desgastada. Comida ótima, funcionários atenciosos, com excessão do fato de não atenderem o meu pedido de troca do secador. O hotel continua lindo, apesar de apresentar sinais de desgaste pelo tempo.

O hotel é grande, tem uma boa praia em frente e equipe de entretenimento para as crianças. Fiz a reserva com meia pensão (café e jantar) e embora realmente tenha muitas opções, a comida é simples e não comi nada que tenha achado muito gostoso no hotel. A área de piscina é ampla, com ótimo espaço, mas infelizmente um dos meus filhos acabou se cortando em uma parte em que a pastilha estava quebrada. Quanto ao quarto também é simples, e precisando de manutenção. Fiquei no quarto 69 e o registro que regula a temperatura da água estava quebrado, tornando uma missão impossível ajustar a temperatura para o banho. Acabei não reclamando por serem apenas duas noites. Por ter uma diária barata, entendo que o que o hotel entrega é justo para o preço que cobra, mas certamente não faltam oportunidades de melhoria.

Achei uma baratinha no quarto, tem que ser detetizado com frequência e sobre a chave do quarto, avisar os hospedes que não pode colocar próximo a celular. Porque descarrega com frequência e e muito chato ter que ir na recepção toda hora para recarregar. O bom é deixar avisado aos hóspedes.
