They had kids activities with monitors all day everyday and it was amazing. The pool and all the kids things were amazing. The little side barracas with food were a hit and the kids loved it.

I really enjoyed my time at Stella Maria. Good vibe with decent food options and buffet. Slight downside was the bathroom was a little dirty. Hair dryer had dust and hair on it, and some other spots around the bathroom. But honestly, that's a small complaint. The resort felt very safe and the staff all had sparkling personalities and were very helpful and kind to an english only speaker. One small thing I will bring up is that the place is sort of loud. Not a complaint so much as just a warning for people who want to relax and read by the pool. They always have loud music playing over the PA by the pool, so if you like naps and quiet that might be something to consider. Orhwrwise very good.

It is my first time to give a unpleasant comment to any of the hotels I stayed before… the hotel room is super old… and the pillow cover is not so clean, even yellow… and the beds, table are full of small ants…and one thing really don't understand, when I arrived in the hotel, they asked you to do a online precheck-in, normally the precheck supposed to help you save time, but here and it is the only hotel after the precheck you still need to be in line for another normal check in, and they asked you again fpr everything… so what is the point?

Achei uma baratinha no quarto, tem que ser detetizado com frequência e sobre a chave do quarto, avisar os hospedes que não pode colocar próximo a celular. Porque descarrega com frequência e e muito chato ter que ir na recepção toda hora para recarregar. O bom é deixar avisado aos hóspedes.

Experiência extremamente decepcionante. Chegamos pela manhã e deixamos as bagagens na recepção, onde realizamos o pré check-in. A recepcionista informou que poderíamos usufruir das áreas comuns do resort até o horário do check-in e assim fizemos. Enquanto estávamos sentados nas espreguiçadeiras, fomos abordados de maneira extremamente rude por um homem sem uniforme, que se apresentou de forma autoritária, exigindo nossa saída imediata por não estarmos com as pulseiras de identificação. Tentamos explicar que éramos hóspedes e que havíamos recebido autorização da recepção para permanecer nas áreas comuns, mas o funcionário se mostrou totalmente irredutível e desrespeitoso. Apenas após insistirmos para que nos acompanhasse até a recepção para que não fossemos expulsos, o mal entendido foi esclarecido. Momento em que nos sentimos verdadeiramente constrangidos, como se estivéssemos sendo escoltados por algo que não fizemos. Soube depois que o nome do funcionário é “DJ Bob”, e sinceramente espero que o hotel repense a forma como ele lida com hóspedes. A única pessoa que demonstrou profissionalismo e empatia foi a recepcionista Rebeca, que se desculpou pelo erro de informação e nos forneceu as pulseiras. Além desse episódio, a hospedagem em si deixou a desejar: a acústica dos quartos é péssima, é possível ouvir o encanamento e móveis sendo arrastados de outros apartamentos logo cedo. Não conseguimos descansar, e saímos mais estressados do que chegamos. Não recomendo.

Hotel confortável

É um bom hotel, confortável, mas TUDO eles cobram. Tinha agendado com uma maquiadora para me maquiar no hotel para um casamento e simplesmente queriam me cobrar 200 reais só para ela poder subir para me maquiar, não sei se esse valor é comum dos hotéis cobrarem mas eu achei bem exorbitante, quase mais caro que a própria maquiagem. Toalha do quarto não pode usar na piscina, e a toalha da piscina custa 5 reais cada uma por dia (em outros RESORTS que já me hospedei não tinha custo nenhum para toalha de piscina, nunca vi isso). A limpeza do quarto precisa melhorar um pouco, apesar de super solícita a camareira, eles não aspiram o quarto então o chão frequentemente estava com areia. Mas no geral a estadia foi boa, é um hotel confortável apesar desses detalhes, tem várias opções de bares e restaurantes lá dentro.
