The room was pretty clean, but I had a lot of problems with the bathroom one room my toilet kept getting overflown so they changed me and my fiancé rooms. Then the other room did not have running hot water. It was an inconvenience to our stay as far as getting ready, so we backtracked about an hour getting those things settled as far as location. It’s in a pretty good area not too long of a walk to Times Square.

Hotel is good, But the Lift made my stay terrible. I have stayed on 15th floor and everyday I had to walk down. its make me sick. I have stayed 4 nights and the lift is out of service for my entire stay. I will never choose this hotel in my next.

The room was small, but very clean. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and helpful and they had a great breakfast. The only thing that I would say about this property is that they’re having problems with their elevators during the day because there’s so many people coming down for breakfast. Sometimes the elevator stopped working and so people get a little frustrated about that but the property itself very nice.

A bad taste of nyc

The hotel smelled and felt dirty even after I disinfected.. there was only one elevator and it was almost 20 minutes to get downstairs. The breakfast was cold and i went around eight when they close at 10 .. housekeeping only came in and made up the bed partially overall I will not stay here again. it was my first trip to the nyc I also was late to two meetings for work because of the elevator situation

Disappointing Hotel - Not Worth The Headache

Thus hotel is not up to par...outdated and rough. Elevators are an absolute nightmare... waited 45 minutes for the elevator before lugging all our luggage down 19 floors just to be told they are only operating 1 elevator and the guy is choosing the floors he is stopping at. Checked in to a room that was almost out of all the soaps. Breakfast was not anything to rave about as the fruit was unripe and the bagels were stale.
