The concierge and service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the sales staff requesting that we attend breakfast and lunch presentations were very annoying. Its not the first experience you want to have when just arriving at the hotel. Thankfully our room accommodations and food options made it a very enjoyable experience, especially our time at MoBay! The staff and food were very good! However, we didn't enjoy the food at Negril and Sumptouri (ala carte menu) as much. We wished we could have had the hibachi experience. We had it was a great time! The gym and spa were also a nice highlight. The facilities were clean and made our stay very relaxing. We also had fun with the nighttime activities and private beach. Overall we had a good time. We would love to visit again and maybe stay a little longer next time!

We stayed at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton from July 27th to August 1st, and it was truly an amazing experience! The resort was super clean, the food was delicious (especially the Indian and Asian restaurants), and the natural views and beach were breathtaking. The kids had a blast with the water park, pools, and play areas everywhere — perfect for families! Drinks were always available, and the entertainment every night was so fun. The staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and fun family vacation! 🌴💦🍹

Not Worth the Money — Would Not Recommend

I stayed on the Lady Hamilton side in a Signature Level Bungalow, and while a few staff members were exceptional, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. First, major appreciation for three incredible employees: • Chris Brown (driver): made me feel safe at all times and stayed close to make sure I was in the right areas. His energy, professionalism, and care were unmatched. • Rayon Burnes and Willas Mullings (spa): thoughtful, welcoming, and made the spa the only relaxing part of this trip. Unfortunately, the resort itself didn’t live up to the Signature Level branding. • The suite was outdated, with heavy condensation on the windows from the moment I arrived — it stayed that way the entire trip. • Housekeeping removed dirty dishes Saturday morning but left them sitting outside my room all day until 10:30 p.m., despite six calls, and the bones from those dishes were left until Monday morning, attracting stray cats and being completely ignored. • Even with repeated complaints, management never showed up or contacted me to resolve anything. • Room service was poor. No clean washcloths, sink untouched, and a male staff member came to my room at 11:45 p.m. for turn-down service, waking me from sleep. I spoke to him through the door and didn’t open it. • The beach was covered in seaweed, including the Signature Level section. I saw a half-filled plastic bag just left there — like someone gave up halfway through cleaning. • Beach chairs were stained and very worn.

I love how big the property was, but it still walkable. I saw carts going by with guest being transported to their desired destinations. The staff I encountered were friendly. Shoutout Anaya and Ortega. The A La Carte restaurants were my favorite, but the buffets for breakfast had tons of options. I think the sportsbar food could improve some, guest should be able to pre-reserve an A La Carte reataurant for their first night of arrival, and maybe have more restaurant lunch options.

Beautiful resort with great entertainment, but inconsistent service. I recently stayed at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and overall had a good time. The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and entertainment was lively. Some staff were genuinely kind and helpful. That said, there were a number of issues that affected my stay. Check-in was frustrating—I requested early check-in in advance, but when I arrived, I was told rooms weren’t ready. I waited over 3 hours with no updates until I went back upset—suddenly the room was ready. Had I not asked, I might’ve waited longer. Housekeeping was inconsistent: towels, washcloths, and soaps weren’t restocked, and decorative pillows were left untouched. A broken showerhead we never used was left exposed—I reported it before checkout. Snorkeling gear was said to be complimentary, but staff insisted on a $30 deposit. I had to walk back to my room unnecessarily, and clean and used gear appeared to be stored in the same bucket. Some staff had poor attitudes. A shuttle driver gave me attitude for a simple request, and a buffet hostess tried to deny me seating near the ocean despite empty tables—until another staff member helped me. Also, the spa receptionist oddly accessed my phone’s photo gallery instead of just the email app, which felt like a privacy violation. On a positive note, the massage included with my Expedia booking was relaxing and the therapist was excellent. I had a good overall experience.

The shower didn't always drain so you had to turn off the shower a few times and wait for the water to drain. It was super frustrating. The housekeeping were always missing things (once, we didn't get any towels, or replacement toilet paper). You can only get those things if you tip well. When we called for the missing items, it sometimes took 2-5 hours before we got them. The outside property was very well-maintained. The front desk staff and welcome drink and bell-hop staff were amazing. The buffet staff were also top notch, especially Nordia at the breakfast buffet. You could tell she is a hard-worker, and dedicated to providing the guests with all they needed.
