Gaziantep’s prime location

Excellent location near all the recommended restaurants which were walking distance. Our room was suitable for our family. The room was clean and the AC and WiFi worked well. The staff were very friendly. The accommodation also has its own parking area and a nice courtyard where you can relax or have your breakfast in the morning.

Wonderful service

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Excellent location and beautiful accommodation. 10 min walking distance to the Coppersmith Bazaar and many great restaurants. Even though they don't really speak English, they really tried their best to provide the best service. They were so welcoming and the provided breakfast was so delicious.

Don't recommend it

On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. The bathroom floor became slippery after use and you could hardly walk without slipping. We stayed two nights but no room cleaning was done, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it rather than they supply. There was no water or any other drink in the fridge in the room. The only good thing was the breakfast served. I had a hard time receiving my receipt for the stay that I needed, he said he would email it to me during checkout but he never did. I had to remind him to request the receipt and it took many weeks for them to provide a receipt after multiple asks. They are amateurs and not professionals at all. I wouldn't recommend it. I thought staying in a cozy boutique hotel would be great but I was wrong! For the high price rate, it's not worth it.

Tolles Personal,tolles Frühstück und zentrale Lage

Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel in Gaziantep verbracht und war rundum begeistert. Vom ersten Moment an war das Personal äußerst herzlich und aufmerksam – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war top: das Zimmer, das Bad, alle Gemeinschaftsflächen – alles tipptopp gepflegt. Morgens durfte ich ein wirklich tolles Frühstück genießen: große Auswahl, frisch zubereitet und sehr freundlich serviert. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral: alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders bequem gemacht hat. Insgesamt ein echter Glücksgriff – ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Wert auf Komfort, Service und gute Lage legt. Gerne wieder bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Gaziantep!
