This place is fine but not special. There are other hotels nearby and closer to the river that seem nicer. Nothing too special about it and the room was small.

If you are looking for mediocre with a side of strange, this is it. We checked in early and were give no offer of early check in, just told check in is at 3pm. We did get offers with online check in for $30 to $75 to pay for an early check which I had not seen before and is a terrible practice. When we did check in, I went my room and an employee was sitting in there. Looked to be lounging around. He said nothing as he slowly walked out. No I'm sorry, nothing. Hotel itself was fine. Room fairly comfortable with bathroom showing some age. Some employees nice, others just ignored you. There are many options in Savannah, I'd go somewhere else.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient. I wish they had a restaurant on the premises but its under renovation. My family and I will stay again.

This stay there was no microwave in the room even though there was a place for one. We had one in the room last time we stayed here. Not a big deal but we did have to go down to the lobby to heat up food one morning, won’t affect me staying there again but microwaves are cheap you know!

The front of house was great - everyone was super helpful and attentive. The lobby is beautiful. The room was decent. The bathroom could use some updating. I did encounter issues with the room. The first room I was given, the bathroom did not appear clean. The floor and toilet looked dirty. I asked to switch rooms and was immediately accommodated. In the second room, they came and changed the towels, but didn’t make the bed the next day. They did fix it when I let them know. I’m not a high maintenance kind of person - but I do expect the basics (pull the covers in place, etc)

Came into town for the comic book convention. First off, hotel is right next to parking garage so i would go ahead and park before heading over to hotel. Staff was very friendly upon checking in. The room was very spacious. Had a slight smell but that eventually went away. One of the better places I’ve stayed. Will definitely stay there on next adventure

Very clean room, comfortable bed, even the location was kind of private not surround by a lot of people or traffic. But for some reason we had 2 fridges in the room instead of a fridge and microwave. But besides that it was of upstanding quality.

This is a great location. It’s walkable to many bars and restaurants.However the room was clean but we opened the curtains and could hardly see outside due to the outside windows being so dirty. The inside room foyer light flickered. These were the only negatives . We will stay here again due to the great location.

Had a wonderful time in Savannah and one of the best parts was staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. On arrival, the registration clerk, Ebony, had great suggestions for restaurants, shops, provided a map of the historic district AND special attractions discounts. Parking attendants were fast and friendly and provided us with driving instructions.
