Great little inn
This was a great little inn! I loved the turquoise art deco decor. Great to have free parking and ability to walk to downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hidden Gem
the last leg of our trip was a pleasant surprise after staying in a budget inn at the same cost in St Petersburg on a visit to a friend. That place was awful in every regard. We left a day early because we wanted a better experience, and landed at the Historic Inn. The local restaurants were very good as well as the local culture a pleasant experience.The hotel had exquisite charm. Hidden gem!

Absolutely amazing!
It was just a lovely stay. Quick walk into historic st Augustine to explore and enjoy the town. The owner(s) are wonderful, they didn’t just tell us our room number as hand us the key, they walked us to our room. Made sure we were comfortable and that the room met our standards. I will be staying here again the next time I go to St. Augustine!

We had a problem with the room next to us. The first night the guy started watching tv at 1:30 in the morning. He also started again at 5:20. It was very loud and couldn’t sleep. The next day went to office to ask if anything to be done. I was told the man sleeps all day. Also that he is nice and I should knock on the door and ask him to turn it down. I told him to do it because that isn’t my job, but he didn’t. He should have taken care of the situation. It happened again that night.

Good for couple of nights
Free parking and walking distance to center. Tea&coffee&microwave&fridge nice. No soundproofing so you can hear neighbors at the front yard and the traffic, so not suitable for light sleepers, otherwise comfortable.
