We stayed for 2 days. Everything was excellent - from the staff to the rooms and amenities. The pyjamas were beautiful and comfortable. The onsen was also nice. The lounge was a wonderful bonus and breakfast was also good. We used Yamato to send our luggage to our next hotel and the reception staff were very helpful. Location is also very good. Walking distance to Gion. I would recommend this place.
