Mediocre at best
Mediocre...old dilapidated place. Bathrooms are dirty and fixtures, such a toilets don't work properly. Electrical fittings are coming out from the wall revealing bare wire (and its 220v). Restaurant and breakfast were okay. It won't take a huge investment to get it up to speed, so it puzzles me as to why the owners don't do so.

The rooms were spacious. But the biggest problem I had was in the wash room the gun flush had no water coming. It was disgusting and had to manage.

Most convenient and comfortable Hotel in Pune
Its 5 minutes from airport, has class of fortune inn hotel, modern and professionally managed. Surrounding is good, The best mall (Phoenix Mall) in town is at less than 2 minutes walk. I would highly recommend Fortune Inn Jukaso, Pune. There is scope to improve food and service at dining hall.

Cozy and compact hotel for a business traveller.
Small property with limited staff. However takes care of all needs effortlessly. Food is nice and consistent with othet fortune properties. Will definitely go back and stay there for next pune trip. Good value for money as well.

Good for business stay
This hotel is located very close to Pune airport, IT parks/business centers etc. So, location is perfect for a business traveller. Rooms were neat and clean and overall cleanliness was good. Check-in and Check-out service is also pretty quick. However, the in-house restaurant leaves much to be desired. The free breakfast should not fool you. They struggled to re-fil the counters after the initial morning rush and we found a fly in one of the fruits. They seem to be understaffed and overpriced as well. So, avoid the restaurant as you will find a lot of better places to eat around this hotel.
