Very nice property, well-maintained. Bed was super comfortable! Would have liked for the concessions around the lazy river to be open.

Hotel was well worth going to. Kids and I enjoyed the amenities. Everyday there were activities for the kids. Room was spacious for a studio and weird to say my favorite feature was the ceiling fan. I’d definitely come back !

Restaurant was lacking adequate service. Karaoke was scheduled in pool area but was changed to yoga studio with no signs or notice as to where it was. Yoga studio was not big enough for that. Lots of children were there.

The resort is beautiful. The only problem we had was the connecting room door was so thin. Our last night a new family came and they were so loud. I have never had this issue with any other connecting room.

The pools are fun, waterslides fun, lazy river fun. Room was 2 bedroom with plenty of room. I dont like the fact they have check out at 10am. I have a handicap child so need usual noon check out. I asked for extended time they gave me 10:30am..if you like to sleep in or need extra time in morning dont stay here.

Being at a Vacation Club is a different thing than staying in a hotel or at a resort facility. We did have to go through a short, non-pressurized pitch in order to get our parking pass, but the person was nice enough. Our 1-bdrm condo was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, etc), and a super-comfortable king bed. Also appreciated having a ceiling fans in the bedroom and in the living area. The pool area and the lazy river were enjoyable. The facility is a good, fun place for families and kids (there are a couple of waterslides at the pool, rafts are provided for lazy river, and there's even a sandy beach area for kids to play). There's also a daily "craft" activity. The proximity to Sea World/Aquatica would make it a great place to stay if you were spending a couple of days there. This place really needs is a better restaurant on-site. Yes, there are more than a handful of good food options within 10 minutes, and with a full kitchen, you can cook your own meals (there are even several outdoor grills available) - but the food at the restaurant was very average (at best)...and the "breakfast options" were very limited and over-priced.

We stayed for 2 days for Mother’s Day weekend. Loved property and overall feel. One thing that seemed off was that pool and camp staff wasn’t very friendly especially with children. But overall great experience would come back, kids had a blast

I visited with my kids ages 21 and 15. We all loved the lazy river, pool, slides and steam room! The room was very nice and clean. Our room wasn't ready upon our check-in time, but they gave us a discount and we went swimming until it was ready. The only complaint we had was the two $15 pina coladas we purchased tasted like they didn't have any alcohol. For that price, it was disappointing. Overall, the stay was great and we hope to return again!

Great fun! We loved the lazy river, the water slide and the Antlers Lodge restaurant across the street at The Hyatt Spa.
