Great holiday with excellent staff throughout. Cocktails at the lobby bar are 2nd to none, especially love the Mojito and Whiskey Sours. 2nd time staying and will definitely be back next year v

ONLY green grass private beach front

When we arrived it was empty, post Christmas - pre new years eve days. So very nice. Only complete I being USA, like a more plush, soft top padded bed. We stated in one of the pool side vila style. 2ed floor. Grand styling, very luxury feel. ONLY green grass private beach front, for miles. complete hotel services. food, staff helping with chairs, etc. Beach side security. At the END of the beach road, so very little traffic on the road and on the beach side walking traffic. NON of the massive beach congestion, population as in the center of Cha-ca old town. NICE. 2-3k ride if you wanted town, crowd...

We were due to stay here 9 nights but cut our break short after 5 nights. Whilst the bedroom was huge, the bed itself was rock hard, probably the hardest bed we've slept in. I went straight to reception to ask for a mattress topper which made no difference reaulting in poor sleep quality. At check in, we were asked upfront for 2000 bhats deposit, cash only. The hotel was extremely quiet, there was only us around the pool for the first 3 days. We went for breakfast on the 1st morning, a la carte, the pastries and staff were nice, but the cooked breakfast was terrible, we left most of it. The area and hotel were too quiet and the rock hard bed made us decide to check out early.

Für ein paar Tage sehr gut zu empfehlen

Alles fast perfekt aber besonders der Service an der Rezeption, Housekeeping, im Restaurants an den Pools. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nur die Matratze war sehr hart leider. Und auf dem Balkon nur ein Stuhl such leider

The staff were friendly and dealt with issues. Room and pool were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold.

Veldig bra hotell, men ikke om man skal ha masse liv og røre rundt seg.Ligger utenfor tettsted Begynner å bli slitt så behøver en renovering. Deilig med strand rett utenfor og veldig god service

Room service was outstanding. The food was outstanding loved everything I ate, 4 restaurants to choose from, the Italian risotto,s were amazing and I had the whole place to myself. Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort for $55 a night for a marvelous sea view.

Super Pools. Frühstück klasse. Das italienische Restaurant hervorragend. Einzig negativ: kein vernünftiger Strand (Betonstufen ins Meer) und der nächste 7/11 ziemlich weit entfernt.

ไม่ส่งกระเป๋าขึ้นห้องพักให้ ต้องลงมาตาม ตอนเช็คเอ้า ถามหาถุงผ้า เราไม่ได้เปิดใช้และยังไม่รู้ว้าอยู่ตรงไหนเลย เราเป็นขโมยหรอ???

Het hotel zelf is prachtig, alleen het staat op de verkeerde plek. Het staat in the middle of nowhere. Wil je rust en niks ondernemen. Dan moet je hier zijn. 2 kilometer lopen voor een winkeltje. Cha am zélf is weinig tot niks beleven Wij zijn na 2 nachten vertrokken naar Hua Hin. Past beter bij ons

Super tolles Hotel. Etwas abgelegen. Aber wer es nicht scheut ein Abendspaziergang zu machen, ist hier genau richtig. Das Hotel ist top in Schuss mit einer Poolanlage, die ihres Gleichen sucht. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und es werden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Nicht zu beanstanden.
