Having a microwave in room also shower water would not get hot.

Stayed overnight for a wedding. The king suite was clean, had a large bathroom, and a nice sitting area. The room was very reasonably priced and we had a nice view of the river. Definitely staying again when we are in this area.

Other than not being able to enjoy the swimming pool and the hot tub wasn’t available during the hours we had hoped to, all else was good.

The staff made the check in fast and easy. The room was clean the bathroom needed more towels. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

We were here for a wedding and it was great in the location aspect. The room was clean and comfortable, but did have a strong cleaning scent every time we walked in (better than casino smoke, I guess).
Our only issue was the wifi. There isn’t great cell service in the rooms so wifi is necessary. However, the wifi wouldn’t connect for us. We asked the front desk and we were told to call the wifi customer service as it’s a third-party provider. After 17 minutes on the phone with cox customer service troubleshooting no solution was found. We were then told to ask the front desk for an access code. The front desk didn’t know what this meant and couldn’t provide one. We were credited $30 to pay for it though. Everyone was kind but ultimately a lot seemed out of their hands.
