I would have given 5 stars, but for 2 things. The cleaning staff were excellent and the spaces were very clean BUT they thought it was a good idea to vacuum the hallways and congregate and chat by our room before 8am....not conducive to my relaxing getaway. The other thing that bothered me (not a deal breaker) was the tiny plastic (not refillable) toiletries provided.

This is a charming setting. There's no restaurant but one can find one a couple of miles away. A walk down to beach is a must-do. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished though they don't particularly have any regional charm. This was our second time there and we'd be happy to return. easy parking, too.

The room was very, very dark. The "closet" was in a corner where there was no light at all. Found it very hard to hang things in the "closet" as the hangers did not come off the bar. There was nothing in the room to show what the wi-fi access was, had to go back up to the Front desk to get information. Husband purchased something and had tried to pay cask for it, but it was automatically added as a room charge.

It was very nice and new - however, we saw pictures of a cozy bar and were really looking forward to relaxing on site and found out when we got there the bar wasn’t available. We would have gone somewhere else. Beach was lovely though!!

The Wylie Conference Center is a great place to stay. It is in great proximity to two colleges as well as a quick train or car ride to Boston. It is clean and well run.

The building has a dorm room feel to it. But it was clean, in a beautiful location, a short drive to downtown Beverly and Salem, Mass. Would definitely stay again.

I do not want to give rating on the specifics because the facility was under renovation when we stayed there. It seems like it will be a perfect spot for parents or friends visiting students at the college. Rooms were small but perfect for a single or a couple with a Queen bed, a small desk, closet space and a good sized bathroom. Neat and clean with courteous and attentive staff.
