Clean n comfortable. I didn’t use it, but it had a full kitchen. Plenty of AC. The neighborhood is noisy on weekend nights (next to bars) but they have earplugs (and I am a heavy sleeper)

As for the facility, I loved it inside the room was awesome. Everything you needed for your stay. The only downfall was trying to get into the door got stuck outside the room twice for over an hour trying to open the door if you guys make it a little bit easier on maybe having a code Instead of the attachment to the door would probably be a little bit better besides that door issue everything was good. The view was beautiful.

Brilliant hotel, mediocre communication

I’ve stayed in Sonder hotels before, and generally think they’re excellent value for money with superb amenities like washer/drier, kitchen etc. Ida is no different, and it’s a well-designed building with spacious apartments. The only issue was communication. I’d booked through this site, and the entire check-in process hinged on receiving an email for pre-verification, which I hadn’t received. I spent a long time on the phone with a Sonder rep who eventually guided me through gaining access to the building… which was a pretty stressful way to start the stay! Also, if you’re wondering about parking - use the street parking spaces and pay at the meter. Not bad at $1.50 (it’s free between 10pm-8am). Info like this would’ve been useful. Still, once we’d cleared that up we really enjoyed our stay in Phoenix.

Went for a concert with my girlfriend, it was our first trip ever together and this place was so clean and comforting and was everything we could’ve imagined. I think the only downside is having to constantly pay for the parking meters if you’re staying for a while but they’re also cheep meters so not a big issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend

The apartment itself is nice and has many of the items you would want to cook. They did include some usual items like coffee, teas, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. I can confirm it can get loud around the premise, mostly drunk people walking by or cars speeding by. I would not recommend this location for a light sleeper. I throughly enjoyed my stay though and would stay again.

The property was basically an apartment. It was very clean and modern. Checking in and out was easy. There was a local bar nearby that got loud but it wasn’t loud enough to bother me while sleeping.
