Was pretty disappointed
We stayed in a few hotels over the years but unfortunately our stay here was pretty rough.I didn’t want to be a negative! So I just complained about my main issue that wasn’t resolved!
We stayed 3 nights! 2 adults, 2 teens,6 yr old, a toddler and a baby! When we got there our room was pretty cold I didn’t complain.The room looked great! We tried to Google it and adjust the temperature but just couldn’t get it to heat up. I didn’t say anything as it was late.
The next morning we all got up freezing. To learn that our shower had 0 pressure as it was pouring out of the bath tub faucet and barely the shower head. We managed to all shower and we noticed the bathroom kept getting ants!bugs
Went for breakfast and it was great! Awesome choices didn’t feel rushed. Right on! Pool went well small but cute! Towels were stalked no complaints.- the change table was full of mold.
Night 2 it was still freezing at this point I should have said something but again we returned late But that morning we showered no pressure and NO hot water now! At this point I made my way to the front and said okay two days of this!
Maintenance man came and the heat kicked in and he told us the boiler was broken and it is now fixed (hot water)I explained about the shower and he told me that he can’t fix it until we check out which would be after another night! That doesn’t help us
The last night the heat kicked out again I woke up to my baby ice cold screaming! Beds were clean and comfortable tho
